วันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2567 เวลา 09.30 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการพิจารณาการดำเนินงานขององค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศ ครั้งที่ 2/2567 โดยมี นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย ณ ห้องประชุมเทียน อัชกุล ชั้น 10 กรมการจัดหางาน และประชุมผ่านระบบวีดิทัศน์ทางไกล (VDO Conference) ด้วยโปรแกรม Zoom Cloud Meeting
โดยที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาองค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขออนุญาตเข้ามาดำเนินงานในประเทศไทย จำนวน 3 องค์การ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้เข้ามาดำเนินงานขององค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย จำนวน 2 องค์การ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้เข้ามาดำเนินงานขององค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย และขอเพิ่มโครงการ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้เข้ามาดำเนินงานขององค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย และขอรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าทำงาน จำนวน 3 องค์การ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาตให้เข้ามาดำเนินงานขององค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย ขอรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าทำงาน ขอเปลี่ยนผู้รับมอบอำนาจให้ดำเนินงานแทนสมาคม และขอเพิ่มโครงการ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอเปลี่ยนผู้รับมอบอำนาจให้ดำเนินงานแทนองค์การ จำนวน 1 องค์การ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าทำงานและขอเปลี่ยนผู้รับมอบอำนาจให้ดำเนินงานแทนองค์การ จำนวน 2 องค์การ และ องค์การเอกชนต่างประเทศขอรับคนต่างด้าวเข้าทำงาน จำนวน 4 องค์การ
On May 21, 2024, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotikasathien, chaired the Committee Meeting for Considering the Operations of Foreign Private Organizations No. 2/2024. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, and related agencies also attended the meeting at the Tian Achakul Conference Room, 10th floor, Department of Employment, and via video conference on Zoom Cloud Meeting.
The meeting considered three foreign private organizations requesting permission to operate in Thailand, two requesting the renewal of a license to operate a foreign private organization in Thailand, three requesting to renew a license to operate a foreign private organization in Thailand, and to add a project, to renew a license to operate a foreign private organization in Thailand, and accepting foreigners to work. It also considered one foreign private organization requesting to renew a license to operate a foreign private organization in Thailand, requesting foreigners to work, requesting to change in a power of attorney to carry out work on behalf of the organization, adding a project, and a change of attorney to carry out work on behalf of the organization, two requesting foreigners to work and a change of attorney to carry out work on behalf of the organization, and four requesting foreigners to work.
