เมื่อวันที่ 25 เมษายน 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และนางสาวกาญจนา พูลแก้ว รองอธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน เข้าพบหารือข้อราชการกับนายเสข วรรณเมธี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบรัสเซลส์ และหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนไทยประจำสหภาพยุโรป และนางสาววารุณี ปั้นกระจ่าง อัครราชทูต สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงบรัสเซลส์ ประเทศเบลเยี่ยม และรองหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนไทยประจำสหภาพยุโรป เพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมการเข้าร่วมประชุมระดับสูงด้านแรงงานระหว่างไทยกับสหภาพยุโรป ครั้งที่ 3 ระหว่างวันที่ 26 – 27 เมษายน 2566 โดยได้มีการหารือกันอย่างกว้างขวาง เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของสหภาพยุโรปและประเทศสมาชิก รวมถึงบทบาทของไทยในเวทีนานาชาติด้านแรงงานอีกด้วย
On April 25, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Deputy Director-General, Ms. Kanchana Poonkaew, met and discussed official matters with Mr. Sek Wannamethee, the Thai Ambassador in Brussels and the Head of the Thai Delegation to the European Union, and Ms. Warunee Pankrachang, Minister of the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, and Deputy Head of the Thai Delegation to the European Union, to discuss preparations for attending the 3rd Thai-EU Labour Conference between April 26-27, 2023. They discussed extensively the current situation of the European Union and its member states, including the role of Thailand in the international arena on labour as well.
