วันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เยี่ยมชมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ และออกหน่วยบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี พ.ต.อ.วรานนท์ บุราณรมย์ ผู้กำกับการสถานีตำรวจภูธรสนามชัยเขต พ.ต.ท.เจริญ บุราณรมย์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมพระราชทานนายาวพ.ต.ต.สถาพร ไชยวรรณ ครูใหญ่ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านนาอีสาน พ.ต.ต.พชรเดช ไชยทะ ครูใหญ่ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านนายาว นพ.สันติ สัมฤทธิ์มโนพร ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลสนามชัยเขต นายปรัชญา พิมพาแป้น นายอำเภอสนามชัยเขต ให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนมัธยมพระราชทานนายาว ตำบลท่ากระดาน อำเภอสนามชัยเขต จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ดำเนินการแล้ว 13 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราในวันนี้ มีสำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัดและชมรมอาสาสมัครแรงงาน สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพทำไอศกรีม ให้บริการด้านแรงงาน ให้คำปรึกษาการขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์แรงงานไทยไปทำงานต่างประเทศ และแจกขนม สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัด สาธิตการฝึกอาชีพอิสระการทำผ้ามัดย้อม แนะแนวอาชีพ การให้บริการจัดหางาน ขึ้นทะเบียนผู้สูงอายุและคนพิการ สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 29 ฉะเชิงเทรา ดำเนินการฝึกอาชีพเสริมหลักสูตรการถักสานผลิตภัณฑ์จากเส้นพลาสติก ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมนั้นเป็นความต้องการของคนในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที อีกทั้งมีวัตถุดิบอยู่ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากการสอนทักษะฝีมือแล้ว ยังมีการสอนให้คิดต้นทุน การหาตลาดด้วย การให้บริการเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องรถจักรยานยนต์ฟรี สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัด ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน การรับและพิจารณาวินิจฉัยคำร้องเคลื่อนที่และสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัด ให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพเบื้องต้นจากโรงพยาบาลสนามชัยเขต การรับสมัครและชำระเงินสมทบผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 40 และมอบของรางวัล
โอกาสเดียวกันนี้ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ยังได้เป็นประธานมอบวุฒิบัตรแก่ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริฯ รุ่นที่ 1 และรุ่นที่ 2 จำนวน 40 คน และมอบเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค และอุปกรณ์กีฬาจากหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้ร่วมกับชมรมอาสาสมัครแรงงานและภาคเอกชนให้แก่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนอีกด้วย
ด้าน พ.ต.ท.เจริญ บุราณรมย์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมัธยมพระราชทานนายาว กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพ และนำบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ มาให้บริการกับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนถึงที่ ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

On March 24, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Nawamawat, Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, Assistant Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Kornjirat Pongchansathorn, and agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Chachoengsao Province, visited the Occupational Skills Development Project and labour service units following the royal initiative projects under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the 2023 fiscal year. Superintendent of Sanamchaikhet Police Station, Colonel Waranon Buranarom, Director of Nayao Royal High School, Lieutenant Colonel Charoen Buranarom, Principal of Ban Na Isaan Border Patrol Police School, Pol. Lt.Col. Sathaporn Chaiyawan, Principal of Ban Na Yao Border Patrol Police School, Maj. Phacharadet Chaiyatha, Director of Sanamchaikhet Hospital, Dr. Santi Sumritmanoporn, and Sanamchaikhet District Chief, Mr. Pratya Pimpapan, gave a welcome at the Nayao Royal High School, Tha Kradan Subdistrict, Sanam Chai Khet District, Chachoengsao Province.
Mr. Boonchob said that the Ministry of Labour gives importance to this project which is a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it is currently operating in 13. Chachoengsao has a Provincial Labour Office and Labour Volunteer Club that demonstrates the ice cream-making career, provides labour services, advises on obtaining benefits to work abroad for Thais, and giveaways snacks. The Provincial Employment Office demonstrated independent career training in tie-dyeing, gave career guidance, job placement services, and registration of the elderly and people with disabilities. The Chachoengsao Skill Development Institute 29 conducted vocational training in weaving products from plastic strands as a supplementary course. The selected courses for training are the needs of local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, trainees can start working immediately. There are also local raw materials. In addition to teaching skills, there are lessons on calculating costs and finding markets, with free motorcycle oil change service. The Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Office provided consultation and advice on rights under labour protection laws and took and considered petitions. The Provincial Social Security Office provided primary health check-up services from Sanamchaikhet Hospital and took applications and payment of contributions for insured persons under Section 40, and gave away prizes.
On the same occasion, the Permanent Secretary of Labour also presided over the awarding of certificates to 40 people who passed the training according to the royal initiative project for the first and second batches and donated consumer goods and sports equipment from agencies under the Ministry of Labour that cooperated with the Labor Volunteer Club and the private sector for the Border Patrol Police School.
Director of Nayao Royal High School, Lieutenant Colonel Charoen Buranarom, thanked the Ministry of Labour today for introducing the skills development project and labour service units following the royal initiative projects to provide services to the border patrol police and community members. This is a good project that allows border patrol police and community members to develop their skills. Participants can also use the knowledge gained from the training to further expand their career paths.
