วันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2566 เวลา 16.00 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีประดับอินทรธนูและปิดการฝึกอบรม “หลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงาน รุ่นที่ 32” เพื่อปลูกฝังปรัชญาการเป็นข้าราชการที่ดี และการพัฒนาเครอข่ายในการทำงาน เน้นการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาวิชาการจากวิทยากร และประสบการณ์ของผู้บริหารที่ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวมทั้งการลงมือปฏิบัติจริงทั้งในห้องเรียนและนอกห้องเรียน โดยมี นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงานร่วมเป็นเกียรติในครั้งนี้ด้วย ณ ห้องประชุมแกรนด์ พาลาสโซ โรงแรม เดอะพาลาสโซ ถนนรัชดาภิเษก กรุงเทพมหานคร
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวว่า ข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ทุกคนในที่นี้ จะเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีคุณค่าของกระทรวงแรงงาน ดังนั้น ขอให้ข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ทุกคนจงตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในบทบาทหน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบในฐานะข้าราชการที่ดี ทุกคนต้องเป็นข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่ที่ใฝ่เรียนรู้ มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาตัวเองให้ทันยุค ทันสมัย รู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในด้านต่างๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ รวมทั้งมีความสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้และสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนางานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
ทั้งนี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน มีข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงาน รุ่นที่ 32 ผู้เข้ารับการประดับอินทรธนู จำนวน 214 คน สำหรับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ เพื่อให้เป็นข้าราชการที่ดีตามแนวทางที่สำนักงาน ก.พ. กำหนด เริ่มดำเนินการอบรมมาตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 เมษายน – 2 พฤษภาคม 2566 รวมระยะเวลาฝึกอบรม 9 วัน และมีผลการฝึกอบรมสรุปได้ดังนี้ ภาควิชาการ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทุกคนมีความสนใจ ตั้งใจ ตลอดจนมีส่วนร่วมในการฝึกอบรม ให้ความสนใจด้วยการซักถาม และแสดงความคิดเห็นกับทั้งวิทยากร และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมด้วยกันเองอย่างเหมาะสม ภาคฝึกปฏิบัติ ได้จัดให้มีกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ และกิจกรรมภาคปฏิบัติทางโดยแบ่งผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเป็นกลุ่ม เพื่อให้ทุกคนได้มีโอกาสทำความรู้จักกันและเรียนรู้ที่จะทำงานร่วมกันในรูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมแบบบูรณาการอย่างสร้างสรรค์โดยมีเป้าหมายคือผลสัมฤทธิ์ขององค์กรโดยเน้นให้แต่ละกลุ่มนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมไปประยุกต์ใช้ในหน้าที่การงานที่รับผิดชอบและในชีวิตประจำวัน รวมทั้งได้ร่วมมือทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทุกคนได้ผ่านเกณฑ์การฝึกอบรมตามที่กำหนดและจากการประเมินผลในภาพรวมปรากฏว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีพฤติกรรมและมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตลอดหลักสูตร
“หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงานทุกคน จะมุ่งมั่นปฏิบัติตน เป็นข้าราชการที่ดีและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ราชการ เพื่อประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนและประเทศชาติ ดั่งคำปฏิญาณที่ได้ให้ไว้สืบไป” ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวในท้ายที่สุด
On May 2, 2023, at 16.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, presided over the epaulette ceremony and concluded the “Ministry of Labour’s New Civil Servant Development Training Program, Class 32.” The training’s objectives are cultivating the philosophy of being a good civil servant and encouraging a working network development. It focuses on learning academic content from speakers and experiences from qualified executives, including real practice, both in and outside the classroom. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives attended the occasion at the Grand Palazzo meeting room, The Palazzo Hotel, Ratchadapisek Road, Bangkok.
Mr. Boonchob said all new civil servants here would be valuable human resources to the Ministry of Labour. He asked that all new civil servants realize the importance of their roles, responsibilities, and duties as good civil servants. Everyone must be a new generation of government officials eager to learn and strive to develop themselves to keep up with modern society, knowingly keeping up with the world’s changes. They must also be able to bring new technology to application and innovate in ways that benefit the development of more efficient work.
The Ministry of Labour has 214 new civil servants in Class 32 who received epaulettes for the training course on developing new civil servants to be good ones. The course follows the guidelines set by the Office of the Civil Service Commission. The training began from April 24 to May 2, 2023, with a total training period of 9 days. The training results can be summarized as follows: on the academic side, all training participants showed interest, commitment, and involvement in the training. They paid attention, asked and expressed opinions to the speakers, and exchanged knowledge. In the practical session, they organized group relations and practical activities, dividing trainees into groups so that everyone could get to know each other and learn to work together in a creatively integrated teamwork style. The goal was the achievement of the organization. The activity emphasized that each group brings the knowledge gained from the training to be applied in their job responsibilities and daily life and working together as a team effectively. In addition, all trainees passed the training criteria as specified. Overall, the trainees behaved and participated in the various activities throughout the course.
“I hope that all new civil servants of the Ministry of Labour will strive to practice being good civil servants and perform government duties for the benefit of the people and the nation, in line with the oath taken,” concluded the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
