วันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงาน รุ่นที่ 33 ณ ห้องประชุมกองบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ชั้น 10 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดย ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า ข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ในรุ่นนี้ มีความหลากหลายของ Generation ตั้งแต่กลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นและสนใจเรื่องเทคโนโลยี และกลุ่มคนรุ่นกลาง ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมาก่อน ซึ่งทุกท่านถือเป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีคุณค่าของกระทรวงแรงงาน ดังนั้น เป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่ทุกท่านจะได้เรียนรู้ทักษะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติราชการ จากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และสร้างเครือข่ายจากเพื่อนต่างกรม ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการทำงานร่วมกัน และขอให้ข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ทุกคนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในบทบาทหน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบในฐานะข้าราชการที่ดี ต้องเป็นข้าราชการรุ่นใหม่ที่ใฝ่เรียนรู้ มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาตัวเองและรู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในด้านต่างๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ รวมทั้งมีความสามารถนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้และเป็นพลังในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนางานของหน่วยงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ต่อประชาชนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อจุดมุ่งหมายในการผลักดันให้กระทรวงแรงงานเป็นกระทรวงด้านเศรษฐกิจในอนาคต
“ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงานรุ่นที่ 33 จะได้เรียนรู้ สั่งสมประสบการณ์ที่ดีจากการฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้อย่างเต็มที่และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานอย่างเต็มความสามารถ” ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวในท้ายที่สุด
การฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ เป็นไปตามแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรของสำนักงาน ก.พ. ที่กำหนดให้ใช้ “ หลักสูตรการเป็นข้าราชการที่ดี ” โดยเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรมุ่งเน้นให้เป็นข้าราชการที่มีทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติราชการ การส่งเสริมการเป็นข้าราชการที่มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม มีการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่าง บนพื้นฐานของการเป็นผู้มีความคิดแบบเติบโต (Growth Mindset) รวมทั้งสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานระหว่างกรมร่วมกัน ผ่านการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง การบรรยาย การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และการลงมือปฏิบัติ โดยเน้นการเรียนรู้ทั้งจากประสบการณ์ของวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และการลงมือฝึกปฏิบัติจริง เริ่มตั้งแต่วันนี้ วันที่ 14 – 22 พฤศจิกายน 2566 รวมระยะเวลา 7 วัน โดยมีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเป็นข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่จากหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค รวมทั้งสิ้น 183 คน
On November 14, 2023, at 09.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, presided over the opening of the Ministry of Labour’s New Civil Servant Development Training Program, Class 33 at the Human Resources Management Division meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour. The Permanent Secretary of Labour said that this batch of new civil servants had a variety of generations, including many from the new generation who are enthusiastic and interested in technology and also middle-aged people with previous work experience, all of whom are considered valuable human resources to the Ministry of Labour. Therefore, the training is a good opportunity for everyone to learn the skills necessary to perform government duties from qualified lecturers and to build a network of colleagues from different departments, which will be useful in working together. He asked that all new civil servants be aware of their roles and responsibilities as good civil servants. They must be a new generation of civil servants who are eager to learn, commit to developing themselves, and be aware of the different changes in the world, including the ability to bring new technology to apply and be a force in innovating in ways that are beneficial to the development of the agency’s work. He said that the group should work towards bringing efficient and effective solutions and services to the people to drive the Ministry of Labour to be an economic ministry in the future.
“I sincerely hope that the 33rd class of new civil servants from the Ministry of Labour will learn and collect good experiences from this training and apply it to their work to the best of their ability,” said the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
He said the training follows the personnel development guidelines by the Office of the Civil Service Commission to use the “Curriculum for Being a Quality Civil Servant.” The content of the course focuses on becoming a civil servant with the skills necessary to perform government duties, promoting civil servants to have morals and ethics, and conducting themselves as an example based on being a person with a growth mindset. It also promotes a working network between the departments through self-learning, lectures, and exchanging ideas and actions. Emphasis is on learning from the experiences of qualified lecturers and actual practice. The course starts from November 14 to 22, 2023, for a total of 7 days. The 183 new civil servants joining the training are from agencies under the Ministry of Labour, from the central and regional areas.
