วันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม 2566 เวลา 12.35 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน Upskill Thailand 2023 “ถึงรส ถึงชาติ” เสริมแกร่งธุรกิจอาหาร ณมติชนอคาเดมี ถนนเทศบาลนิมิตใต้ แขวงลาดยาว เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร
นายบุญชอบ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน มีภารกิจสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ การพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ ให้แรงงานมีรายได้ที่มั่นคง ได้รับความคุ้มครองสิทธิ มีสวัสดิการ มีหลักประกันทางสังคม และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ซึ่งในวันนี้กระทรวงแรงงานโดยกรมการจัดหางานและกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ การพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือเพื่อประกอบอาชีพอิสระ ตลอดจนการให้คำปรึกษาแนะแนวด้านอาชีพ และการรับงานไปทำที่บ้าน สอดคล้องกับการจัดงานในวันนี้ที่“เครือมติชน” โดย 3 องค์กรชั้นนำจัดขึ้น ได้แก่ “เส้นทางเศรษฐี” ผู้นำสื่อที่สนับสนุนการสร้างอาชีพเอสเอ็มอี“ศิลปวัฒนธรรม” ผู้นำสื่อด้านประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรม และ “มติชนอคาเดมี” ผู้นำด้านการฝึกอบรมอาชีพเพื่อเสริมความรู้ต่อยอดทักษะ พัฒนาความแข็งแกร่งด้าน “อาหาร” ให้ทุกคนพร้อมก้าวเข้าสู่ความท้าทายใหม่ของประเทศไทย หลังผ่านพ้นวิกฤตโควิด-19 ที่จะเป็นนิมิตรหมายที่ดีในการพัฒนาประเทศไทยให้ก้าวหน้าในทุก ๆ ด้านต่อไป
“กระทรวงแรงงานหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ จะทำให้ผู้ที่เข้ารับการอบรมและผู้เข้าร่วมรับฟังการเสวนาทุกท่าน จะได้นำความรู้ ความสามารถ หรือประสบการณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปพัฒนาต่อยอด เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ต่อครอบครัว และต่อสังคม ต่อไป” นายบุญชอบ กล่าวในท้ายที่สุด
On May 26, 2023, at 12.35 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, presided over the opening speech of Upskill Thailand 2023, “for the taste, for the nation,” strengthening food businesses. The occasion took place at the Matichon Academy, Thetsaban Nimit Tai Road, Lat Yao Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok.
Mr. Boonchob said that the Ministry of Labour has an important mission to promote employment and skill development, and self-employment and provide workers with a stable income, protection of rights, welfare, social security, and good quality of life. Today, the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment and the Department of Skill Development has supported and promoted employment and skill development for the self-employed and provided career guidance and work to do at home. The efforts are in line with today’s event organized by “Matichon Group,” by three leading organizations, including the “Millionaire Path,” a media leader that supports SME career building, “Art and Culture,” a media leader in history, arts, and culture, and “Matichon Academy,” a leader in vocational training to enhance knowledge and skills and develop strength in “food” for everyone to be ready face Thailand’s new challenges after going through the COVID-19 crisis. It is a good sign for Thailand’s advancement in all aspects.
“The Ministry of Labour hopes that this event will allow training attendees and participants listening to the discussions to use the knowledge, abilities, or experiences gained from training to further develop themselves, their families, and society in the future,” concluded Mr. Boonchob.
