วันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน Job Expo Thailand 2023 ท่ามกลางสื่อมวลชนและแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 5 กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมีนายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นายสันติ นันตสุวรรณ นายสิบหมื่นชัย โพธิสินธุ์ รองอธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และผู้แทนจากภาคบริษัทภาคเอกชน ร่วมงาน
นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมการจัดหางาน จัดงาน Job Expo Thailand 2023 มหกรรมการจัดหางานครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ระดับประเทศ ภายใต้งาน “คนไทยมีงานทำ คนหางาน งานหาคน” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโอกาสให้ผู้สมัครงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาใหม่ ผู้ว่างงาน คนพิการ ผู้สูงอายุ หรือทุกคนที่ต้องการมีงานทำ กับนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการ ได้พบและพิจารณาคัดเลือกกันโดยตรง เพื่อประหยัดเวลา ลดค่าใช้จ่ายของทั้งสองฝ่าย รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้คนไทยทราบความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน ได้รับบริการแนะแนวอาชีพ คำปรึกษาด้านอาชีพที่ถูกต้อง ตลอดจนการเตรียมความพร้อมในการพัฒนาความรู้ทักษะฝีมือแรงงานให้มีศักยภาพสูงขึ้น เพื่อจะได้เตรียมตัวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดการจ้างงาน ลดปัญหาการว่างงานและขาดแคลนแรงงาน โดยไฮไลท์สำคัญของงานอยู่ที่ตำแหน่งงานหลากหลายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศที่กรมการจัดหางงานรวบรวมไว้มากกว่า 500,000 อัตรา เพื่อรองรับคนหางานทุกช่วงวัย ทุกระดับวุฒิการศึกษา และการเชิญชวนนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการชั้นนำ ร่วม 400 แห่งมารับสมัครและสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครงานภายในงาน ควบคู่กับการสัมภาษณ์งานออนไลน์ผ่านระบบ Zoom เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้คนหางานจากทั่วประเทศ โดยตั้งเป้าว่าจะมีผู้ร่วมงานตลอด 3 วันมากกว่า 5 หมื่นคน
“การจัดงาน Job Expo Thailand 2023 ได้รับความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดีจากสถานประกอบการภาคเอกชน จำนวน 395 บริษัท ที่พร้อมใจนำตำแหน่งงานมาให้ผู้สมัครเลือกช็อปภายในงาน อาทิ บริษัท หัวเว่ย เทคโนโลยี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด บริษัท ไมเนอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท กลุ่มเซ็นทรัล จำกัด บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท เอก-ชัย ดิสทริบิวชั่น ชิสเทม จำกัด บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท ไทย สมายส์ บัส จำกัด บริษัท เบอร์ลี่ ยุคเกอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท ไทยน้ำทิพย์ จำกัด บริษัท บุญรอดบริวเวอรี่ จำกัด บริษัท ฟอร์ท เวนติ้ง จำกัด บริษัท คอมเซเว่น จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท โพสเซฟี่ กรุ๊ป จำกัด ซึ่งผมเชื่อเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าพี่น้องประชาชนทุกคนที่มาร่วมงาน มีโอกาสที่จะได้งานกลับไป และเห็นภาพทิศทางตลาดแรงงานชัดขึ้น สามารถเตรียมพร้อมและพัฒนาทักษะตนเอง ให้เป็นแรงงานที่มีศักยภาพสูงขึ้น ซึ่งจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจและขยับขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศได้อย่างยั่งยืน” ปลัด.แรงงาน กล่าว
ด้านนายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า JOB EXPO THAILAND 2023 มีกำหนดจัดขึ้น ระหว่างวันที่ 8 – 10 มิถุนายน 2566 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา Hall EH 100 – 102 กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายในงานมี 7 โซนหลัก ซึ่งมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ อาทิ นิทรรศการเทิดพระเกียรติศาสตร์แห่งพระราชา ศาสตร์แห่งความพอเพียง และโครงการจิตอาสา 904 โคก หนอง นา โมเดล กิจกรรมคนไทยไม่ทิ้งกัน คนหางาน งานหาคน Job Matching กิจกรรม Platform “ไทยมีงานทำ” กิจกรรมรวมใจสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการมีงานทำ และกิจกรรมส่งเสริม พัฒนา คุณภาพแรงงาน และกลุ่มเปราะบาง ไทยไม่ทิ้งกัน ล้านงานเพื่อล้านคน และบริการดีๆจากหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้แก่ การฉีดวัคซีนไข้หวัดใหญ่ให้แก่ผู้ประกันตนจากโรงพยาบาล การให้ความรู้ เกี่ยวกับสิทธิผู้ประกันตนทุกมาตรา การตรวจสอบสิทธิผู้ประกันตน และเปิดรับสมัครผู้ประกันตนตามมาตรา 40 โดยสำนักงานประกันสังคมและหน่วยพยาบาล นิทรรศการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับค่าจ้างตามมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน คลินิกแรงงาน และนิทรรศการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายพื้นฐานสำหรับแรงงานที่ควรทราบ โดยกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน
นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมบนเวที อย่างการเสวนาในหัวข้อต่างๆ ที่มีความสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เช่นหัวข้อ “คนยุคใหม่วางแผนทางการเงินอย่างไร” “การสร้างตัวตนสู่การสร้างรายได้บน TIKTOK แพลตฟอร์มยอดนิยมในปัจจุบัน” และ“การเกษตรเพื่อความยั่งยืน” มินิคอนเสิร์ต จากศิลปินชื่อดัง อาทิ YourMood , มีนตรา อินทิรา และปราง ปรางทิพย์ และกิจกรรมเชิญชวนผู้ร่วมงาน ร่วมสนุกลุ้นรับของรางวัล
On May 25 2023, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, presided over the press conference of the Job Expo Thailand 2023 among the media and honoured guests. The occasion took place at the meeting room on the 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, the Department of Employment’s Deputy Director-Generals, Mr. Santi Nantasuwan, and Mr. Sibmuenchai Phothisin, executives under the Ministry of Labour and representatives from private companies attended the event.
The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, said the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment organized the Job Expo Thailand 2023, the largest national job fair under the theme “Thai People with Jobs: People Find Jobs, and Jobs Find People.” It aims to create opportunities for job applicants, whether it’s new graduates, the unemployed, people with disabilities, the elderly, or anyone wanting a job, whereby employers and establishments directly meet with them to save time and reduce costs for both parties. It also encourages Thai people to understand the labour market’s needs, receive career guidance services and the right career advice, and prepare to develop knowledge and skills for workers to have a higher potential in preparation to enter the workforce effectively. It aims to promote employment and reduce unemployment and labour shortages. The event’s highlight is over 500,000 positions collected by the Department of Employment, domestically and internationally, to support job seekers of all ages and qualifications. They invited 400 leading employers and enterprises to join in recruiting and interviewing job applicants at the event, along with online job interviews via Zoom, to facilitate job seekers nationwide. The event has the goal of over 50,000 people attending all three days.
“The Job Expo Thailand 2023 has received cooperation from 395 private enterprises willing to share job positions for applicants at the event. Companies included Huawei Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Minor International Company PCL, Central Group Co., Ltd., Thai Beverage PCL, Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd., Siam Makro PCL, Thai Smile Bus Co., Ltd., Berli Jucker PCL, Thai Namthip Co., Ltd., Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., Forth Vending Co. Ltd., Com7 PCL, and Possefy Group Co., Ltd. I strongly believe that all participants attending the event will have an opportunity to get a job and understand the direction of the labour market more clearly, to prepare and develop their skills into a worker with higher potential. This will be the starting point to strengthen the economy and sustainably enhance the country’s competitiveness,” said the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, said that the Job Expo Thailand 2023 is scheduled for June 8 – 10, 2023 at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangna, Hall EH 100 – 102, Bangkok. There are seven main zones within the event with different activities, such as an exhibition zone honoring the royal Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, the Volunteers 904 project, the Kok Nong Na Model Activity, the “Thai people don’t leave each other” activity, the job seekers job matching platform, the “thaimeengantum” platform, activities to unite, create jobs, and careers, activities to promote and support employment, activities to promote and develop labour quality and vulnerable groups, the “Thailand does not leave each other behind” project, the “million jobs for million people” project, and services from agencies under the Ministry of Labour, including influenza vaccinations for insured persons from hospitals. The services also shared knowledge about the rights of insured persons under every section, checking the rights of insured persons and taking applications for insured persons under Section 40 by the Social Security Office and the nursing unit. There was also an exhibition to educate participants about wages according to labour skill standards by the Department of Skill Development, labour clinics, and exhibitions to share knowledge on basic laws for workers that should be known by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
There were also activities on stage, such as discussions on various topics important for the development of human resources, such as “How do modern people plan their finances?”, “Creating an identity to make money on TIKTOK, the most popular platform today” and “Agriculture for Sustainability.” There were mini-concerts from famous artists such as YourMood, Mintra Inthira, and Prang Prangthip and events inviting attendees to partake in fun and win prizes.
