เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ตามโครงการตรวจติดตามการดำเนินการตรวจคัดกรองเบื้องต้นการบังคับใช้แรงงาน หรือบริการและการค้ามนุษย์ด้านแรงงานต่างด้าว ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานการตรวจคัดกรอง (SOP) ให้เป็นไปตามกลไกการส่งต่อระดับชาติ การรับฟังปัญหา/อุปสรรค ข้อคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้แบบ รบ1 และการดำเนินคดีกับผู้นำพาแรงงานต่างด้าวหลบหนีเข้าเมือง โดยมี นางอุสนีย์ ศิลปศร ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม สำนักงานประกันสังคม และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุมด้วย ณ ห้องประชุมชาลีมงคลอาสน์ ชั้น 3 ศาลากลางจังหวัดนครปฐม
On February 23, 2023, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, chaired the meeting of heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour of the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, following the monitoring program for the implementation of preliminary screening for forced labor or services, and human trafficking of foreign workers, following the Screening Operational Procedures (SOP) as per the national referral mechanism. The meeting also listened to problems/obstacles, opinions, and suggestions on using form Ror.Bor. 1, and prosecuting those who bring illegal migrant workers into the country. The Social Security Office’s Inspector-General, Mrs. Usanee Silasorn, and related agencies also attended the meeting at Chalee Mongkol-as Conference Room, 3rd floor, City Hall, Nakhon Pathom Province.
