วันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 13.30 น. นายนันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน หัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดราชบุรี พร้อมสื่อมวลชนไปตรวจเยี่ยมสถานประกอบกิจการที่จ้างคนต่างด้าวทำงาน ณ บริษัท มั้งกี้ ชิกเก้น ฟู้ดส์ 89 จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นสถานประกอบกิจการต่อเนื่องปศุสัตว์โรงฆ่าสัตว์ (ชำแหละไก่) ต้นตำรับไก่ย่างบางตาล ซึ่งจำหน่ายทั่วประเทศและส่งออก โดยมี นายสมเกียรติ หอมเย็นใจ นายอำเภอบ้านโป่ง และนายอภิเดช จันทร์หอม กำนันตำบลหนองกบ ให้การต้อนรับ ณ บริษัท มั้งกี้ ชิกเก้น ฟู้ดส์ 89 จำกัดตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 9/3 หมู่ที่ 12 ตำบลหนองกบ อำเภอบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี
จากการตรวจคุ้มครองดูแลสิทธิแรงงานของลูกจ้างแรงงานต่างด้าวให้ได้รับการปฎิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างเท่าเทียม พบว่า สถานประกอบกิจการแห่งนี้มีแรงงานไทย จำนวน 47 คนแรงงานต่างด้าว จำนวน 258 คน แรงงานต่างด้าวได้รับการปฏิบัติจากนายจ้างเช่นเดียวกับแรงงานไทยในเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์สวัสดิการเป็นอย่างดี

On March 22, 2023, at 13.30 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Ratchaburi, and the media visited a business establishment that employs foreigners. They paid a visit to Monkey Chicken Foods 89 Co., Ltd., which is a livestock slaughterhouse (chicken slaughterhouse) for Bangtarn chicken, sold nationwide and exported. Ban Pong District Chief, Mr. Somkiat Homyenchai, and the Nong Kop Subdistrict Chief, Mr. Apidej Chanhom, gave a welcome. The occasion took place at Monkey Chicken Foods 89 Co., Ltd., located at No. 9/3 Moo 12, Nong Kob Subdistrict, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province.
From the inspection to protect the rights of foreign workers to ensure equal treatment according to the law, it was found that the company employed 47 Thai workers and 258 foreign workers. The foreign workers are treated equally to the Thai employees in terms of benefits and welfare.
