วันที่ 16 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 07.00 น. นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในการปล่อยแถวการตรวจบูรณาการความร่วมมือ ในการตรวจสภาพการจ้างสภาพการทำงานและการค้ามนุษย์ในกิจการประมงทะเลและกิจการที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมด้วย นายสุทธิพงษ์ โกศลวิริยะกิจ หัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นางวันทนา ณัฐพูลวัฒน์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม สำนักงานประกันสังคม และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ ท่าเทียบเรือประมงนราธิวาส
เวลา 09.00 น. นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน และคณะ เข้าพบและหารือข้อราชการกับนายสนั่น พงษ์อักษร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนราธิวาส ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 3 ศาลากลางจังหวัดนราธิวาส
จากนั้นคณะผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงานได้ลงพื้นตรวจเยี่ยม บริษัท ตากใบการโยธา ที่มีลูกจ้างเป็นแรงงานต่างด้าว จำนวนกว่า 200 คน เพื่อรับฟังปัญหา และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ประกอบการเกี่ยวกับการใช้แบบคัดกรอง รบ.1 ณ บริเวณสถานที่ก่อสร้างถนนศูนย์ราชการ อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส จังหวัดนราธิวาส
ต่อมาเวลา 10.30 น. เป็นประธานการประชุมหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงานตามโครงการตรวจติดตามการดำเนินการตรวจคัดกรองเบื้องต้นการบังคับใช้แรงงาน หรือบริการและการค้ามนุษย์ด้านแรงงานต่างด้าว ตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานการตรวจคัดกรอง (SOP) ให้เป็นไปตามกลไกการส่งต่อระดับชาติ เขตตรวจราชการที่ 7 จังหวัดนราธิวาส ณ ห้องประชุมฉัตรวาริน ชั้น 3 อาคารศูนย์ราชการกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส

On March 16, 2023, at 07.00 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, released a line of cooperation integration checks in examining the employment, working conditions, and human trafficking in sea fishing and related businesses. The Department of Skill Development’s Chief Inspector-General, Mr. Suthipong Kosolwiriyakit, the Social Security Office’s Inspector-General, Mrs. Wantana Natpoolwat, head of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Narathiwat, and relevant agencies joined at the Narathiwat Fisherman’s Wharf.
At 09.00 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, and the committee met to discuss official matters with the Governor of Narathiwat Province, Mr. Sanan Pongaksorn, at the conference room, 3rd floor, Narathiwat City Hall.
From there, the Ministry of Labour’s inspectors inspected Takbaikanyotha Co., Ltd., which employs over 200 foreign workers, to listen to the problems and advise business operators on using the Ror. Bor. 1 screening form at the construction site of the government center road, Mueang Narathiwat District, Narathiwat Province.
At 10.30 hours, he chaired the meeting of the heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour, of the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, following the project to monitor the implementation of the preliminary screening of forced labour or services and labour trafficking in foreign workers, following the Screening Operational Procedure (SOP), according to the national referral mechanism, in the Government Inspectorate Area 7, Narathiwat Province. The occasion occurred at the Chat Warin Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Government Center Building, Ministry of Labour, Narathiwat Province.
