วันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว” อาทิ พระราชกำหนดการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว กฎกระทรวง ประกาศกระทรวง คำสั่งกระทรวง ระเบียบกรมการจัดหางาน ประกาศกรมการจัดหางาน เป็นต้นในการอบรมสัมมนาวิชาการหลักสูตร 3+1 พ.ร.บ. คนต่างด้าว พ.ร.บ.สัญชาติ และ Visa Work Permit ซึ่งจัดโดยสมาคมทนายความ ซีแท็บ (CTAB Attorneys Association) ณ ห้องแกรนด์บอลรูม ชั้น 2 โรงแรมมารวย การ์เด้น กรุงเทพมหานคร
On July 30, 2023, at 09.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, as a guest speaker on “Laws Relating to the Work of Foreigners” such as the Royal Decree on the Management of Foreign Workers, ministerial regulations, ministerial announcements, ministerial regulations of the Department of Employment, and announcements of the Department of Employment. The occasion took place as part of the academic seminar program 3+1 on the Foreigners Act, Nationality Act, and Visa Work Permit organized by CTAB Attorneys Association at the Grand Ballroom, 2nd floor, Maruay Garden Hotel, Bangkok.
