เมื่อวันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายสิงหราช วงษ์เสงี่ยม รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพิจิตร นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม คณะผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน และเจ้าหน้าที่ ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมให้กำลังใจ พร้อมมอบสิ่งของเครื่องอุปโภค บริโภค แก่ผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพถึงบ้านพัก ซึ่งอยู่ในความดูแลของสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 2 ราย
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยถึงความรู้สึกในโอกาสเดินทางลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ว่า ถือเป็นโอกาสดีที่ตนได้เดินทางมายังจังหวัดพิจิตรเพื่อลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมผู้ประกันตนทุพพลภาพในระบบประกันสังคมถึงบ้านพัก โดยได้นำความห่วงใย พร้อมกับได้พูดคุยเพื่อให้กำลังใจ สอบถามถึงชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของครอบครัวผู้ประกันตน อีกทั้งให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้สิทธิตามกฎหมายของผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพ ในการนี้ ยังได้นำสิ่งของเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค ตลอดจนเครื่องใช้ที่จำเป็น มามอบให้กับผู้ประกันตนที่อยู่ในการดูแลของสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 2 ราย โดยผู้ประกันตนรายแรกคือ นางสาวพัชรินทร์ อินหันต์ อายุ 42 ปี เป็นผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 อาศัยอยู่กับมารดา ในตำบลดงกลาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิจิตร ทุพพลภาพจากอุบัติเหตุรถยนต์พลิกคว่ำ กระดูกสันหลังหัก เป็นเหตุให้ขาทั้งสองข้างอ่อนแรง ไม่สามารถเดินได้ สูญเสียสมรรถภาพในการทำงานของร่างกายร้อยละ 78 ได้รับสิทธิเป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2554 ได้รับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้เดือนละ 4,144 บาท ตลอดชีวิต และรายที่ 2 คือ นายวิชิต อิ่มใจ อายุ 47 ปี เป็นผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 อาศัยอยู่กับน้องสาว ในตำบลโรงช้าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิจิตร ทุพพลภาพจากโรคเส้นเลือดในสมองตีบ เป็นเหตุให้แขนและขาข้างซ้ายอ่อนแรง เดินได้โดยใช้ไม้พยุง การรับรู้ช้า พูดได้แต่ไม่ชัดเจน สูญเสียสมรรถภาพในการทำงานของร่างกายร้อยละ 55 ได้รับสิทธิเป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพตั้งแต่วันที่ 4 เมษายน 2566 ได้รับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้เดือนละ 3,360 บาท ตลอดชีวิต
ด้าน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม กล่าวเสริมว่า สำนักงานประกันสังคมมีภารกิจสำคัญในการคุ้มครอง ดูแลผู้ประกันตน ให้ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์อย่างเท่าเทียม ทั่วถึง อีกทั้งให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากความเจ็บป่วยหรืออุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด เพื่อสร้างหลักประกันทางสังคมที่มั่นคง และทำให้ผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพ สามารถใช้ชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข
On December 18, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, the Deputy Governor of Phichit Province, Mr. Singharat Wongsaengiam, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, the Ministry of Labour’s executives and officials visited the area to inspect, give encouragement, and give out consumer goods to insured persons with disabilities at their homes. They visited two insured persons with disabilities who are under the care of the Phichit Provincial Social Security Office.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, spoke about how he felt about the visit. He said that it was a good opportunity for him to visit Phichit Province to meet insured persons with disabilities in the social security system at their homes. He shared words of empathy and encouragement to the insured person and asked about the living conditions of the insured person’s family members. He also provided advice regarding the exercise of legal rights of insured persons with disabilities. On this occasion, consumer items were also given to the two insured persons, together with necessary appliances. The two insured persons are under the supervision of the Phichit Provincial Social Security Office. The first insured person is Ms. Patcharin Inhan, aged 42, insured under Section 33. She lives with her mother in Dong Klang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phichit Province. Her disability was caused by a car accident which broke her spine. This caused both legs to become weak and the inability to walk. She lost 78 percent of her body’s ability to function. She has received disability rights since November 24, 2011, receiving compensation for lost income of 4,144 Baht per month for life. The second insured person is Mr. Wichit Imjai, aged 47, insured under Section 33. He lives with his younger sister in Rong Chang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phichit Province. His disability was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage, causing weakness in his left arm and leg. He can walk using a crutch, has slow perception, and can speak but not clearly. He lost 55 percent of his body’s ability to function. He has received disability rights from April 4, 2023, receiving compensation for lost income of 3,360 Baht per month for life.
The Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, added that the Social Security Office has an important mission to protect and care for insured persons to receive equal and comprehensive benefits and provide assistance to insured persons who are disabled, whether due to illness or an unexpected accident. It aims to create stable social security and help insured persons with disabilities live happily in society.
