วันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 10.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ พลเอก ดร.ดิเรก ดีประเสริฐ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท อาร์ทีเอ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อแสดงความยินดีและนำเสนอผลงานรวมถึงแผนงานซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายของกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยเฉพาะเรื่อง ระบบฐานข้อมูล (Big data) โดยมี นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับด้วย ณ ห้องจัตุมงคล ชั้น 6 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า จากการรับฟังการนำเสนอในครั้งนี้ซึ่งเป็นเชิงรุกสามารถดึงสิ่งที่กระทรวงแรงงานได้ดำเนินการไปแล้วแต่ยังไม่เป็นจุดเด่นในการนำเสนอเพื่อให้มีความน่าสนใจ โดยเฉพาะสิ่งที่ผมเห็นด้วยในเรื่องระบบฐานข้อมูล (Big data) ของกระทรวงแรงงาน และการนำเทคโนโลยี AI เข้ามาใช้ ซึ่งเราได้ดำเนินการไปแล้วกว่า 30 % และคาดว่าในปี 2567 จะดำเนินการให้ครอบคลุมทั้งหมด ซึ่งผมเชื่อว่าเราน่าจะดำเนินการร่วมกันได้ และหากเราร่วมมือกันจะช่วยให้ทุกอย่างขับเคลื่อนไปได้อย่างรวดเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะเรื่อง ระบบฐานข้อมูล หรือ บิ๊กดาต้า และ AI ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงในหลายๆ ด้าน เช่น กรมการจัดหางานในการ Matching คนกับงาน และถ้าเรามีเครื่องมือครบถ้วนจะช่วยให้การดำเนินงานของกระทรวงแรงงานรวดเร็ว มีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการนำส่วนนี้เข้ามาช่วยเหลือคนไทยที่ตกงานได้อีกด้วย
ด้าน พลเอก ดร.ดิเรก ดีประเสริฐ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท อาร์ทีเอ เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ในนามคณะผู้บริหารของบริษัทขอขอบคุณท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานที่ให้โอกาสได้เข้ามาพบปะและร่วมหารือถึงแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกัน ซึ่งการหารือในวันนี้จะขับเคลื่อนแรงงานได้ในทุกภาคส่วน รวมถึงผลักดันให้เราสามารถทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อประเทศได้อย่างยั่งยืน ส่งเสริมให้แรงงานไทยมีศักยภาพในการทำงาน โดยใช้ ดิจิทัลมาเพิ่มศักยภาพในการทำงานเพื่อให้เป็น (National HR) สามารถครอบคลุมแรงงานในทุกระดับ ตั้งเเต่แรงงานรายวัน ตลอดจนผู้บริหารระดับสูงต่อไป
On December 27, 2023, at 10.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, welcomed the Managing Director of RTA Enterprise Public Company Limited, General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, and the delegation on the occasion of meeting to congratulate and present the work, including plans which are in line with the vision and policies of the Ministry of Labour, especially on big data. The Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, and the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, joined in giving a welcome at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that from listening to the presentation, the efforts are proactive and were able to extract things that the Ministry of Labour has already worked on but has not yet been highlighted. What he especially agreed on was the Ministry of Labour’s big data and the use of AI technology, of which 30% has already been implemented, and all are expected to be covered in 2024. He said that he believed they would be able to do it together, and by working together, things would move quickly and more effectively. This is especially true about big data and AI, which are connected in many ways, such as the Department of Employment in matching people with jobs. If all the tools are available, it will help speed up the Ministry of Labour’s operations to be more effective and responsive to the needs of the people and will help Thai people who are unemployed as well.
The Managing Director of RTA Enterprise Public Company Limited, General Dr. Direk Deeprasert, said that today, on behalf of the company’s management team, he thanked the Labour Minister for the opportunity to meet and discuss ways to work together. Today’s discussion will propel workers in every sector and drive them to work together for the country in a sustainable way. The efforts will promote Thai workers’ working potential by using digital resources to enhance their working potential to become national HR, covering workers at all levels, from daily workers to senior executives.
