วันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ คุณนิธินาถะ ลาดทอง ประธานสมาพันธ์แรงงานฮอนด้าแห่งประเทศไทย และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อแสดงความยินดีและชี้แจงแนวทางการบริหารงานของสมาพันธ์ฯ พร้อมทั้งขอคำแนะนำในการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านแรงงานรวมถึงหลักแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างนายจ้างและลูกจ้าง ซึ่งสมาพันธ์แรงงานฮอนด้าแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นสหภาพแรงงานที่ได้จดทะเบียนตาม พ.ร.บ.แรงงานสัมพันธ์ พ.ศ.2518 เกิดจากการรวมกลุ่มของผู้ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในเครือฮอนด้า ปัจจุบันมีคณะกรรมการบริหาร 34 สหภาพ มีสมาชิกประมาณ 20,000 คน โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวกาญจนา พูลแก้ว รองอธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ ห้องจัตุมงคล ชั้น 6 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า สมาพันธ์ฯ ได้ขอให้กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานอบรมหลักสูตรที่ปรึกษาด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ พร้อมสนับสนุนพัฒนาแรงงานให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนดูแลสิทธิประโยชน์ด้านประกันสังคมให้แก่ผู้ประกันตน นอกจากนี้ สมาคมฯ ยังเห็นด้วยกับนโยบายการปรับค่าแรงขั้นต่ำตามสัดส่วนของแต่ละจังหวัด เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคม รวมทั้งรับทราบแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้แรงงานไทยโดยเฉพาะแรงงานทักษะฝีมือได้มีโอกาสไปทำงานในต่างประเทศมากยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อนำเงินตรากลับเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย
ด้าน คุณนิธินาถะ ลาดทอง ประธานสมาพันธ์แรงงานฮอนด้าแห่งประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้สมาพันธ์แรงงานฮอนด้าแห่งประเทศไทย ขอขอบคุณท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานซึ่งท่านเป็นรัฐมนตรีที่มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกลทำเพื่อประเทศ มีแนวคิดที่จะพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือแรงงานให้ได้รับค่าจ้างที่สูงขึ้น รวมทั้งการสนับสนุนการเชื่อมสัมพันธไมตรีและส่งเสริมระบบแรงงานสัมพันธ์อันดีของผู้ใช้แรงงานกับองค์กรนายจ้าง และภาคราชการ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อพี่น้องแรงงานและสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันอีกด้วย
On November 29, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, welcomed the President of the Honda Labour Confederation of Thailand, Ms. Nithinatha Ladthong, and the delegation, on the occasion of meeting to congratulate the Labour Minister and explain the administration guidelines of the Confederation. They also requested advice on solving labour issues, including the principles of good labour relations between employers and employees. The Honda Labour Confederation of Thailand is a labor union registered according to The Labour Relations Act B.E. 2518. It was formed by integrating automotive parts manufacturers in the Honda group. Currently, there are 34 union executive committees with approximately 20,000 members. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Deputy Director-General, Ms. Kanchana Poonkaew, joined in giving a welcome at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Phiphat said that the Confederation requested the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare to provide training on labour relations to support labour development in line with the current situation. It also requested that social security benefits be taken care of for insured persons. The Confederation agreed with the policy of adjusting the minimum wage in proportion to each province, consistent with the economic and social conditions, and is aware of the guidelines for promoting Thai workers, especially skilled workers, to have more opportunities to work abroad to bring income back into Thailand.
President of the Honda Labour Confederation of Thailand, Ms. Nithinatha Ladthong, said that today, the Honda Labour Confederation of Thailand thanked the Labour Minister, who has a broad vision for the country. The vision is to develop the workforce’s skills to earn higher wages. The Labour Minister also supports building friendly relations and promoting a good labour relations system between workers, employer organizations, and the government sector to benefit fellow workers and be consistent with the current context.
