นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า ในนาม รัฐบาลไทย ภายใต้การนำของท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี นายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน มีความยินดีที่แจ้งข่าวดีสำหรับพี่น้องแรงงานชาวไทย ที่ภายหลังสถานการณ์ความรุนแรงในประเทศอิสราเอลตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 ตุลาคม ที่ผ่านมา
กระทรวงต่างประเทศ และ กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ร่วมทำงานอย่างหนักเพื่อดำเนินการอพยพพี่น้องแรงงานไทยไปยังจากพื้นที่สู้รบไปยังพื้นปลอดภัย พร้อมวางแผนในการดำเนินการอพยพพี่น้องแรงงานชาวไทยกลับสู่ประเทศไทย
โดยในวันที่ 9 ตุลาคม ทางรัฐบาลไทยได้รับข่าวดี และ ยืนยันในการนำพี่น้องแรงงานไทยกลุ่มแรก จำนวน 15 คน กลับสู่ประเทศไทยโดยแบ่งเป็น 2 เที่ยวบิน โดยเที่ยวบินแรก LY081 จำนวน 5 คน และ เที่ยวบินที่สอง LY083 จำนวน 10 คน โดยพี่น้องแรงงานชาวไทย จะเดินทางถึง สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ในวันที่ 12 ตุลาคม โดยเที่ยวบินแรกจะถึงในเวลา 10.35 น. และ เที่ยวบินที่สองเวลาในเวลา 12.35 น. และ นายพิพัฒน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้มอบหมาย อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายแรงงาน) ประจำสถานเอกอัครราชฑูต ณ กรุงเทลอาวีฟ ประเทศอิสราเอล ในการเดินทางเยี่ยม และ ให้กำลังใจ พี่น้องแรงงานที่อพยพมาจากเขตสู้รบ มายัง ศูนย์หลบภัยแรงงาน ของประเทศอิสราเอล ซึ่งมีพี่น้องแรงงานไทยที่อพยพมาพำนักประมาณ 256 คน
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that on behalf of the Thai government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Srettha Thavisin, he was pleased to announce good news to fellow Thai workers following the violent situation in Israel since October 7.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Labour have worked hard to evacuate Thai workers to safety from the conflict zone and have planned to evacuate Thai workers back to Thailand.
On October 9, the Thai government received good news and confirmed the return of the first group of 15 Thai workers to Thailand. The workers arrived on two flights. The first was LY081 with five people, and the second was LY083 with ten people. The Thai workers will arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport on October 12, with the first flight arriving at 10.35 hours and the second at 12.35 hours. The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat, assigned the Minister Counselor (on Labour) at the Royal Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel, to visit and encourage the workers who evacuated from the conflict zone to the worker’s refuge center in Israel. There are approximately 256 Thai workers who are staying there.
