เมื่อวันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ นายอำพล หอมปลื้ม ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่บริษัท เด็นโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และสหภาพแรงงานเด็นโซ่ประเทศไทย ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อเยี่ยมคาวระและเรียนเชิญรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงานฉลองครบรอบ 45 ปี แห่งการก่อตั้งสหภาพเด็นโซ่ ประเทศไทย หารือเรื่องการดำเนินกิจกรรมของสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ยานยนต์ (AHRDA) พร้อมมอบดอกไม้แสดงความขอบคุณรัฐบาล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานที่มีมาตรการช่วยเหลือพี่น้องผู้ใช้แรงงานจากผลกระทบการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 จากการดำเนินโครงการแฟคตอรี่ แซนด์บ็อกซ์ จนทำให้ธุรกิจส่งออก โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มยานยนต์และชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์เกิดการจ้างงานต่อเนื่อง ผู้ประกอบการสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้ โดยมี นายมานิตย์ พรหมการีย์กุล ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วมในครั้งนี้ด้วย ณ ห้องจัตุมงคล ชั้น 6 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายสุชาติ กล่าวว่า จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ในช่วงปี 2564 ส่งผลให้ภาคธุรกิจท่องเที่ยวและบริการ ซึ่งเป็นรายได้สําคัญของประเทศได้รับผลกระทบเป็นวงกว้าง แต่ขณะเดียวกัน ธุรกิจภาคส่งออกที่มีภาคแรงงานกว่า 2 ล้านคน ใน 4 สาขา กลับเติบโต ได้แก่ อาหาร เครื่องมือแพทย์ ยานยนต์ และชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งเป็นผลพวงจากการดำเนินการโครงการแฟคตอรี่ แซนด์บ็อกซ์ (Factory Sandbox) ของกระทรวงแรงงานตามนโยบายรัฐบาลของ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และพล.อ.ประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ที่ให้กระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการร่วมกับ กระทรวงมหาดไทย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ดำเนินการโครงการดังกล่าวด้วยหลักการเศรษฐศาสตร์คู่กับสาธารณสุข ทั้งการเยียวยา การให้ความช่วยเหลือ การฉีดวัคซีน ตรวจคัดกรองโควิด -19 ทำให้ธุรกิจส่งออกเติบโต ในรอบ 11 ปี ช่วยเหลือสถานประกอบการจนทำให้สามารถรักษาการจ้างงาน และบางบริษัทฯ สามารถจ่ายโบนัสได้ถึง 9 เท่า ด้าน นายอำพล หอมปลื้ม ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่บริษัท เด็นโซ่ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ได้มาเข้าพบ รมว.แรงงาน เพื่อขอบคุณไปยังรัฐบาล ท่านนายกรัฐมนตรี พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ที่ได้สร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของประเทศไว้ให้ประชาชนโดยเฉพาะลูกหลานที่จะเติบโตในอนาคต รวมทั้งทำให้นักลงทุนได้เข้ามาลงทุนในบ้านเราเพิ่ม ซึ่งผมอยากสนับสนุนให้เกิดการจ้างงาน รวมถึงวันนี้ผมขอขอบคุณท่านรัฐมนตรี สุชาติ ชมกลิ่น ที่ช่วยเหลือภาคเอกชนจากผลกระทบโควิด-19 จากผลพวงของโครงการแฟคตอรี่ แซนด์บ็อกซ์ ทำให้วันนี้บริษัทสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้ เพราะช่วงโควิดนั้นต้องยอมรับว่าบริษัทแต่ละแห่งได้รับผลกระทบตามๆ กัน แต่ในขณะเดียวกันเราเป็นสถานประกอบการในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ เมื่อรัฐบาลออกมาตรการมาดูแลพนักงาน โรงงานก็ไม่หยุดการผลิต สามารถผลิตสินค้าและส่งออกได้ต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ในปี 2566 มีรายได้จากการประกอบการรวมกว่า 74,000 ล้านบาท และที่สำคัญบริษัทได้จ่ายโบนัสพนักงานสูงถึง 8.4 – 9.5 เท่า เงินเดือนขึ้นสูงถึง 5.2 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ทำให้ปากท้องของพี่น้องแรงงานภาคยานยนต์ดีขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นผลพวงจากความเข้มแข็งที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือจากภาครัฐ โดยเฉพาะกระทรวงแรงงานที่สร้างหลักประกันให้พี่น้องแรงงานมีรายได้ดีและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
On August 21, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, welcomed the Executive Vice President of DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mr. Amphol Hompluem, and the DENSO Labour Union on the occasion of meeting and invited the Labour Minister to preside over the opening ceremony of the 45th Anniversary of the DENSO Thailand, to discuss operations of the Automotive Human Resource Development Academy (AHRDA), and to present flowers to thank the government and Labour Minister for the measures to help fellow workers from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Measures included the Factory Sandbox project, which supported export businesses, especially in the automotive and auto parts groups, to have continuous employment and for businesses to continue running. The Labour Minister’s Advisor, Mr. Manit Promkareekul, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives also joined the occasion at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Suchart said that the COVID-19 outbreak in 2021 caused the tourism and service sector, an important source of income for the country, to be widely affected. But at the same time, export businesses with over two million workers in four sectors, including the food, medical equipment, automobiles, and electronic parts sectors, returned to growth. This is the result of implementing the Ministry of Labour’s Factory Sandbox project following the government’s policy under the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, General Prayuth Chan-ocha, and the Deputy Prime Minister, General Prawit Wongsuwan, that assigned the Ministry of Labour to work with the Ministry of Interior, the Minister of Public Health, and the Ministry of Industry, to implement the project with economic and public health principles. The efforts also provided support, vaccinations, and COVID-19 screening, which made the export business grow to the highest peak in 11 years, helping enterprises to maintain employment and enabling some companies to pay up to 9 months of bonus. Executive Vice President of DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mr. Amphol Hompluem, said that today, he met with the Labour Minister to thank the government under Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha, who has built the country’s infrastructure for the people, especially their children to grow up in the future and more investors to invest. He said that he wanted to encourage employment. He also wanted to thank the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, for supporting the private sector during the COVID-19 outbreak. The Factory Sandbox project has allowed the company to continue operating. During the COVID period, every company was affected, but at the same time, establishments in the automotive and automotive parts industry could continue. When the government issued measures to take care of employees, the factory could continue production and export continuously, resulting in 2023’s total operating income of over 74,000 million Baht. Most importantly, the company paid employee bonuses up to 8.4 – 9.5 times their monthly salary, with salary increases of up to 5.2 percent, improving the employees’ lives. It is the result of the strength arising from the cooperation of the government sector, especially the Ministry of Labour that guarantees workers have good income and a better quality of life.
