วันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภัทรวุธ เภอแสละ ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมการจัดหางาน นางสาวอาภากร ว่องเขตกร ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายสมพงษ์ คล้อยแคล้ว ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน และผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ต้อนรับและดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกแรงงานไทยที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความไม่สงบในอิสราเอลและแจ้งความประสงค์เดินทางกลับถึงประเทศไทยจำนวน 307 คน ซึ่งเดินทางกลับ ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จ.สมุทรปราการ รอบเวลา 19.40 น. โดยสายการบิน EL AL เที่ยวบินที่ LY083
โดยกระทรวงแรงงานได้มีการตั้งโต๊ะให้คำแนะนำการยื่นคำร้องขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือคนหางานไปทำงานต่างประเทศให้บริการคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการยื่นคำร้องขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือแรงงานไทยไปทำงานต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้แรงงานไทยได้รับเงินสิทธิประโยชน์ดังกล่าวโดยเร็วที่สุดด้วย
นายอารี กล่าวว่า ท่านพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในอิสราเอลอย่างใกล้ชิด และมอบหมายให้ผมพร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มาร่วมต้อนรับและดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกแรงงานไทยที่เดินทางกลับ จำนวน 307 คน ซึ่งในเที่ยวบินนี้ มีนักเรียนในโครงการความร่วมมือจัดการเรียนการสอนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาพืชศาสตร์ ระบบทวิภาคี ไทย-อิสราเอล ร่วมกับ Arava International Center for Agricultural Training : AICAT และผู้ดูแล จำนวน 76 คน ร่วมเดินทางมาด้วย
ซึ่งวันนี้ ผมได้พูดคุยกับพี่น้องแรงงานไทยพบว่ายังมีเพื่อนแรงงานไทยบางส่วนที่ยังไม่กลับมา ผมจึงได้ขอให้พี่น้องแรงงานไทยกลุ่มนี้ สื่อสารไปยังเพื่อนแรงงานไทยที่ยังอยู่ในอิสราเอล ให้พิจารณากลับประเทศก่อนเพื่อความปลอดภัยเป็นลำดับแรก
On October 30, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn assigned the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, the Department of Employment’s Inspector-General Mr. Phatharawut Pursalah, the Department of Skill Development’s Inspector-General, Ms. Apakorn Wongkhetkon, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Inspector-General, Mr. Sompong Kloyklaew, executives, civil servants, and relevant officers, to welcome and support 307 Thai workers affected by the unrest in Israel who reported their wish to return to Thailand. The group arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province, at 7.40 hours on EL AL Airlines, flight LY083.
The Ministry of Labour set up a desk to advise on applying for benefits from the fund to help job seekers working abroad. It provides advice on applying for benefits from the fund to help Thai workers working abroad so that they will receive these benefits as quickly as possible.
Mr. Aree said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, is following the situation of Thai workers affected by the unrest in Israel closely. He assigned the Secretariat and executives of agencies under the Ministry of Labour to welcome and support the 307 people who returned to Thailand. The flight had students part of a collaborative project to provide instruction at the higher vocational certificate level under the Department of Plant Science via the bilateral system between Thailand-Israel, together with the Arava International Center for Agricultural Training (AICAT). Caregivers also traveled on the flight, totaling 76 people.
Today, he spoke with the Thai workers and found that there are still some who have not returned yet. Therefore, he asked this group of Thai workers to talk to their fellow Thai workers still in Israel to consider returning home for their safety.
