นายสุรชัย ชัยตระกูลทอง ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า ท่านสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ผมมาให้กำลังใจน้อง ๆ เยาวชนไทยที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 13 ที่สาธารณรัฐสิงคโปร์ ในวันนี้และเดินเยี่ยมชมการแข่งขันที่เยาวชนไทยทั้ง 24 คนเข้าร่วมแข่งขัน จำนวน 12 สาขา ประกอบด้วย เขียนแบบวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ หุ่นยนต์เคลื่อนที่ เทคโนโลยีระบบทำความเย็น เทคโนโลยีระบบไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร เมคคาทรอนิกส์ เทคโนโลยีเว็บ กราฟิกดีไซน์ แฟชั่นเทคโนโลยี แต่งผม ประกอบอาหาร เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ และบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
ผมมั่นใจว่าทีมไทยต้องได้เหรียญทองแน่นอน สังเกตได้จากจุดแข็งของไทยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ เรามีความชำนาญทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมและการท่องเที่ยว ก็คือ สาขาเมคคาทรอนิกส์ เทคโนโลยียานยนต์ และการประกอบอาหาร ซึ่งจากเหตุผลดังกล่าวช่วยให้นักลงทุนตัดสินใจเข้ามาลงทุนในไทยมากขึ้น ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดี
ด้านนางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กล่าวเสริมว่า กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน มีหน่วยฝึกอบรมเฉพาะทางที่มีความพร้อมทั้งอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ที่ใช้ในการฝึกซ้อม รวมถึงทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่คอยให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาและใส่ใจอย่างละเอียดทุกขั้นตอนตลอดการเก็บตัวของน้อง ๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วนที่เข้ามามีบทบาทในการช่วยผลักดันสนับสนุนเยาวชนไทยในการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ จึงขอเชิญชวนพี่น้องชาวไทย ช่วยส่งแรงใจร่วมเชียร์เด็กไทยทั้ง 24 คนตลอดการแข่งขัน 3 วันนี้ (23-25 ก.ค. 66) ให้คว้าชัยกลับมาด้วยนะคะ ท่านสามารถติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของงานแข่งขันครั้งนี้ได้ที่เฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน อธิบดีบุปผา กล่าวท้ายสุด
On July 23, 2023, at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in Singapore, the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Navamawat, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives, visited the Thai youths competing in the 13th WorldSkills ASEAN Singapore 2023.
The Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, said that the Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned him to encourage the Thai youths competing in the 13th WorldSkills ASEAN in Singapore. Today, he visited the competition where all 24 Thai youths are competing in 12 disciplines, consisting of computer mechanical design and drawing, mobile robotics, cooling technology, building electrical technology, mechatronics, web technology, graphic design, fashion technology, hairdressing, cooking, automotive technology, and food and beverage service.
He expressed confidence that the Thai team would win gold medals, observed from Thailand’s areas of strengths and expertise. Thailand has expertise in industry and tourism, namely mechatronics, automotive technology, and cooking. The above reasons have helped investors decide to invest more in Thailand, which is a good opportunity.
The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, added that the Department of Skill Development has specialized training units equipped with equipment, and the location is used for training. It also has a team of experts available to give advice and guidance on every step during the young participants’ training. In addition, it has received cooperation from all sectors playing a role in helping to support Thai youth in this competition. Therefore, she invited all Thais to send their wishes for the 24 Thai children throughout the 3-day competition (July 23-25, 2023). The Director-General, Ms. Bubpha, concluded that the competition’s movement could be followed on the Department of Skill Development’s Facebook fan page.
