วันที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) พร้อมด้วย นายพิเชษฐ์ ทองพันธ์ รองอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ ตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี ร.ต.อ.สมชาย สร้อยแสง รองผู้บังคับกองร้อยตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ที่ 327 หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดเชียงราย และผู้นำชุมชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ กองร้อยตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 327 ตำบลแม่จัน อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ดำเนินการแล้ว 29 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดเชียงรายในวันนี้ มีสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 20 เชียงราย ได้มาฝึกอบรมตามโครงการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ หลักสูตรช่างซ่อมอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าภายในบ้านให้แก่ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน และหลักสูตรสานตระกร้าจากเส้นพลาสติกให้แก่กลุ่มแม่บ้านตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ชุมชน ตชด.ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมชุมชนโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนนั้นเป็นความต้องการของชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที อีกทั้งมีวัตถุดิบอยู่ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากการสอนทักษะฝีมือแล้ว ยังมีการสอนให้คิดต้นทุน การหาตลาด ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ชาวบ้านในชุมชนมีทักษะนำความรู้จากการฝึกไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพ
ด้าน ร.ต.อ.สมชาย สร้อยแสง รองผู้บังคับกองร้อยตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ที่ 327 กล่าวว่า ปัจจุบัน มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของกองร้อยตำตรวจตระเวนชายแดน ที่ 327 จำนวน 4 แห่ง และศูนย์การเรียนรู้ฯ 1 แห่ง มีเด็กนักเรียนก่อนวัยเรียน 146 คน ระดับประถมศึกษา 444 คน ระดับมัธยมศึกษา 147 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 737 คน มีครู ตชด.จำนวน 41 นาย โดยผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม และรับจ้างทั่วไป ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ มาฝึกอบรมให้กับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนถึงที่ ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

Somchai Soisaeng, Deputy Commander of the Border Patrol Police Company No. 327, head of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Chiang Rai Province, and community leaders joined to give a welcome at the Border Patrol Police Company No. 327, Mae Chan Subdistrict, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Ministry of Labour gives importance to this project, a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 29. Chiang Rai has the Chiang Rai Skills Development Institute 20 has provided training under the vocational skills development project. It has offered training in home electrical appliance repair and technician courses for border patrol police. It has also offered plastic basket weaving courses for border patrol police, housewives, and villagers in community areas. The selected courses for training meet the needs of the local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, participants can apply them to work immediately. There are also local raw materials. In addition to teaching skills, there are lessons on calculating the cost and finding a market. This will help the villagers in the community to have the skills and apply the knowledge gained from the training to further their careers.
Capt. Somchai Soisaeng, Deputy Commander of the Border Patrol Police Company No. 327, said that there are four border patrol police schools in the area that is responsible for them and one learning center. There are 146 preschool students, 444 elementary school students, and 147 high school students, for 737 people. There are 41 Border Patrol teachers. Most parents work in agriculture and as general contractors. Today, he thanked the Ministry of Labour for bringing the occupational training programs and labour services under the royal initiative to provide services to the border patrol police and villagers in the community. The project is a good project that allows border patrol police and villagers to develop and increase their skills. They can also use the knowledge gained from the training to further expand their career path.
