วันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) พร้อมด้วย นายประทีป เลขาพันธ์ คณะที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ และออกหน่วยบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี พ.ต.ท.ทองสุข สระแก้ว ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่ม หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดตราด และผู้นำชุมชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่ม หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลท่ากุ่ม อำเภอเมืองตราด จังหวัดตราด
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ดำเนินการแล้ว 26 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดตราดในวันนี้ มีสำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัด สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพทำขนมข้าวเกรียบอ่อนสำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัด สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพอิสระการฝึกทำขนมครก การให้บริการจัดหางาน และการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านการใช้แรงงานต่างด้าวอย่างถูกต้องสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 33 ตราด สาธิตการฝึกอบรมตามโครงการส่งเสริม พัฒนาและยกระดับสินค้า บริการ กิจกรรมและบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยว หลักสูตรการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน ผลิตภัณฑ์ชันโรง และสาขาการทำผลิตภัณฑ์จากสมุนไพร สาธิตการประกอบอาชีพช่างตัดผมและการให้บริการเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมันเครื่องรถจักรยานยนต์ ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมนั้นเป็นความต้องการของคนในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที อีกทั้งมีวัตถุดิบอยู่ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากการสอนทักษะฝีมือแล้ว ยังมีการสอนให้คิดต้นทุน การหาตลาดด้วย สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัด ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำกฎหมายแก่แรงงานนอกระบบ การทำถังหมักรักษ์ดินเพื่อลดเศษอาหารจากโครงการแรงงานพันธุ์ดี ตามวิถีเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัด ให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพเบื้องต้นจากโรงพยาบาลตราด การรับสมัครและชำระเงินสมทบผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 40 และมอบของรางวัลด้วย
โอกาสเดียวกันนี้ นางเธียรรัตน์ และคณะ ยังได้มอบเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค และถังดับเพลิง จำนวน 5 ถัง จากหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และเครือข่ายด้านแรงงานจังหวัดตราดให้แก่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่มอีกด้วย
ด้าน พ.ต.ท.ทองสุข สระแก้ว ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่ม กล่าวว่า สำหรับโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านท่ากุ่มแห่งนี้อยู่ในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 11 ค่ายเจ้าพระยาบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ตำบลมะขามอำเภอมะขาม จังหวัดจันทบุรี เป็นโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ปัจจุบันมีนักเรียน 71 คน ชาย 41 คน หญิง 30 คน มีห้องเรียน 9 ห้อง มีครู 10 คน เปิดสอนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาลจนถึงระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมและรับจ้างทั่วไป ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพ และนำบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ มาให้บริการกับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนถึงที่ ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
On May 29, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Nawamawat, Advisory Board Members to the Labour Minister, Mr. Prateep Lekhaphan, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives, to visit the occupational skills development project and labour service units under royal initiative projects by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the 2023 fiscal year. The Principal of Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School, Pol. Lt. Col. Thongsuk Sakaew, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Trat Province, and community leaders joined to welcome the delegation at the Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School, Moo 3, Tha Kum Subdistrict, Mueang Trat District, Trat Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Ministry of Labour gives importance to this project, a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 26. Trat has the Provincial Labour Office demonstrate making soft rice crackers. The Provincial Employment Office demonstrated self-employment professions and training in making “khanom krok,” offered employment services, and spread awareness on the correct use of foreign workers. The Trat Institute of Skill Development 33 provided training under the promotion project to develop and upgrade products, services, activities, and personnel in tourism, a community product development course, making herbal products, demonstrations in the barber profession, and motorcycle oil change services. The selected courses for training meet the needs of the local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, participants can apply them to work immediately. There are also local raw materials. In addition to teaching skills, there are lessons on calculating the cost and finding a market. The Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office provided legal advice to informal workers, making fermentation tanks from clay to reduce food waste from the Good Labour Project according to the sufficiency economy. The Provincial Social Security Office provided initial health check-up services from the Trat Hospital. They also took applications and payment of contributions for insured persons under Section 40 and awarded prizes.
On this occasion, Mrs. Thienrat and the delegation donated consumer goods and five fire extinguishers from agencies under the Ministry of Labour, together with government agencies, the private sector, and the labour network of Trat Province, for Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School.
The Principal of Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School, Pol. Lt. Col. Thongsuk Sakaew, said that the Ban Tha Kum Border Patrol Police School is under the Border Patrol Police Supervision Division 11, Chao Phraya Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) Camp, Makham Subdistrict, Makham district, Chanthaburi Province. It is a small school. There are 71 students, comprising 41 males and 30 females. There are nine classrooms and ten teachers teaching from kindergarten to grade 6. Most parents are engaged in agriculture and general employment. Today, he thanked the Ministry of Labour for bringing the occupational training programs and labour services under the royal initiative to provide services to the border patrol police and villagers in the community. The project is a good project that allows border patrol police and villagers to develop and increase their skills. They can also use the knowledge gained from the training to further expand their career path.
