วันที่ 14 มีนาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) นำทีมไปพร้อมกับนางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน รักษาราชการแทนอธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายสิบหมื่นชัย โพธิสินธุ์ รองอธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางนงค์ลักษณ์ กอวรกุลผู้ตรวจราชการกรม สำนักงานประกันสังคม และหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดราชบุรี เยี่ยมชมกิจกรรมการออกหน่วยบริการด้านแรงงานตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้ากรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี พ.ต.อ.สุกิจ ก้องจตุศักดิ์ ผู้กำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 13 ตำรวจตระเวนให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านถ้ำหิน ตำบลสวนผึ้ง อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า ท่านสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี จึงได้ให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ดำเนินการแล้ว 8 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดราชบุรีในวันนี้ มีสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 4 ราชบุรี ดำเนินการฝึกหลักสูตรการทำผลิตภัณฑ์ปูนปั้นไม้เทียมเพื่อการประดับ ให้บริการซ่อมรถจักรยานยนต์ฟรี สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดราชบุรี ดำเนินการฝึกหลักสูตรการฝึกสานตะกร้าจากหวายเทียม และมอบวัสดุอุปกรณ์หลังฝึก ได้แก่ โครงตะกร้า หวายเทียม กรรไกร เข็ม กาวน้ำ เพื่อให้ผู้ฝึกเป็นเครื่องมือทำกินได้นำไปประกอบเป็นอาชีพหลักหรืออาชีพเสริมภายหลังจบการฝึกกิจกรรมเพิ่มอาชีพ เพิ่มรายได้ จำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมนั้นเป็นความต้องการของคนในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที อีกทั้งมีวัตถุดิบอยู่ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากการสอนทักษะฝีมือแล้ว ยังมีการสอนให้คิดต้นทุน การหาตลาดด้วย สำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัด ให้บริการตรวจสุขภาพเบื้องต้นจากโรงพยาบาลสวนผึ้ง และประชาสัมพันธ์พร้อมรับสมัครการประกันสังคมมาตรา 40 สำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัด โดยชมรมอาสาสมัครแรงงานจังหวัดราชบุรีแจกไอศกรีมและขนม หน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานยังได้ร่วมกับชมรมอาสาสมัครแรงงานและภาคเอกชน มอบเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคแก่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนด้วย
ด้าน พ.ต.อ.สุกิจ ก้องจตุศักดิ์ ผู้กำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 13 กล่าวว่า สำหรับโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านถ้ำหิน อ.สวนผึ้ง จ.ราชบุรี นั้น ปัจจุบันมีครู 12 คน เป็นตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน 8 คน ครูอัตราจ้าง 2 คน และผู้ดูแลเด็ก 2 คน ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพมาฝึกให้กับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชน ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

On March 14, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour (on politics), Mrs. Thienrat Nawamawat, to lead the team, together with the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour and Acting Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Department of Employment’s Inspector-General, Mr. Sibmuenchai Phothisin, Assistant Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Kornjirat Pongchansathorn, the Social Security Office’s Inspector-General, Mrs. Nonglak Korvorakul, and agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Ratchaburi Province to observe the labour service units under the royal initiative by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhornfor the 2023 fiscal year. The 13th Border Patrol Police Superintendent, Police Colonel Sukit Kongjatusak, welcomed them at Ban Tham Hin Border Patrol Police School, Suan Phueng Subdistrict, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin gives importance to this project, a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 8. Ratchaburi Province has the Ratchaburi Skill Development Institute 4, conducting training courses on making artificial stucco products for decoration and offering free motorcycle repair services. The Ratchaburi Provincial Employment Office provided training courses on basket weaving from artificial rattan, giving participants materials and equipment after the training, such as basket frames, artificial rattan, scissors, needles, and water glue, so that the trainees can use the equipment as tools to make a living, as a main or as a supplementary occupation after the training. Twenty people joined the training. The selected courses for a training meet the needs of the local people. They are courses that do not take long to practice. After completing the training, participants can apply them to work immediately. There are also local raw materials. In addition to teaching skills, there are lessons on calculating the cost and finding a market. The Provincial Social Security Office provided primary health check-up service from Suan Phueng Hospital and spread awareness on applications under Social Security Section 40. The Provincial Labour Office’s Labour Volunteer Club in Ratchaburi Province gave away ice cream and snacks. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour also worked with labour volunteer clubs and the private sector and donated consumer goods to border patrol police schools.
The 13th Border Patrol Police Superintendent, Police Colonel Sukit Kongjatusak, said that Ban Tham Hin Border Patrol Police School, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province, currently has 12 teachers, comprising eight border patrol officers, two hired teachers, and two child caregivers. Today, they thanked the Ministry of Labour for bringing the vocational training program to train border patrol police and villagers in the community. This project allows border patrol police and villagers to develop and increase their skills. The knowledge gained from the training can also be used to further expand their career.
