รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน สั่งกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานเร่งสอบข้อเท็จจริงพร้อมช่วยเหลือสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกฎหมาย กรณีนายจ้างรับบริหารจัดการงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ค้างจ่ายค่าจ้างลูกจ้างกว่า 500 คน
นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยถึง กรณีสื่อออนไลน์นำเสนอข่าวนายจ้างรับบริหารจัดการงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ค้างจ่ายค่าจ้างลูกจ้างกว่า 500 คน ว่า ผมรู้สึกห่วงใยลูกจ้างกลุ่มนี้จึงได้สั่งการให้กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน (กสร.) ดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงทันที เบื้องต้นได้รับรายงานจากสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 3 (สรพ.3) ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งสำนักงานใหญ่ของนายจ้างว่า มีลูกจ้างรวมทั้งหมด 60 คน ได้มายื่นคำร้อง (คร.7) ต่อพนักงานตรวจแรงงานถูกนายจ้างค้างจ่ายค่าจ้างงวดเดือนพฤษภาคม 2566 (วันที่ 26 เมษายน – 25 พฤษภาคม 2566) รวมเป็นเงินค่าจ้าง1,279,225 บาท ค่าล่วงเวลา 11,259.38 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 1,290,484.38 บาท และทราบว่าในวันนี้ (7 มิ.ย. 66) จะมีลูกจ้างกว่า 100 คน มาขอให้เร่งดำเนินการช่วยเหลือที่กระทรวงแรงงาน ผมได้มอบหมายให้ นายมานิตย์ พรหมการีย์กุล ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และนายวิสุทธิ์ คงสุจริต ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กสร. รับหนังสือจากตัวแทนลูกจ้าง และให้กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานดำเนินการตามอำนาจหน้าที่รวมถึงเฝ้าติดตามสถานการณ์การจ้างงานของนายจ้างรายนี้อย่างใกล้ชิดต่อไป
ด้านนายนิยม สองแก้ว อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน (กสร.) กล่าวเพิ่มว่า หลังจากรับคำร้อง (คร.7) แล้ว พนักงานตรวจแรงงานสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 3 (สรพ.3) จะเชิญนายจ้างมาพบเพื่อสอบข้อเท็จจริงเพิ่ม หากพบว่านายจ้างปฏิบัติไม่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน จะเร่งดำเนินการออกคำสั่งให้นายจ้างปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องต่อไป สำหรับลูกจ้างที่ได้รับผลกระทบกรณีนายจ้างรายนี้ สามารถติดต่อขอคำปรึกษา หรือยื่นคำร้อง (คร.7) ได้ที่สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ 3 หรือสำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานท้องที่ที่ลูกจ้างทำงาน หรือโทรสอบถามได้ที่สายด่วนกระทรวงแรงงาน 1506 กด 3 กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน หรือโทร. 1546
The Labour Minister instructed the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare to speed up the investigation and provide legal benefits for over 500 real estate management employees with overdue wages.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, spoke about the case where online media presented news about a real estate management employer withholding payment of wages for over 500 employees. He said he was concerned about the impacted employees and instructed the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW.) to investigate the facts immediately. Initially, he received a report from the Bangkok Labour Protection and Welfare Office Area 3 (DLPW 3) in the employer’s head office. A total of 60 employees filed a complaint (Kor.Ror. 7) to the Labour Inspector claiming that the employer has withheld wages for May 2023 (April 26 – May 25, 2023), totaling 1,279,225 Baht in wages, and 11,259.38 Baht in overtime fees, totaling 1,290,484.38 Baht. Today (June 7, 2023), over 100 employees asked the Ministry of Labour to speed up the process. He has assigned the Advisor to the Labour Minister, Mr. Manit Promkareekul, and the DLPW’s Inspector-General, Mr. Wisut Kongsujarit, to receive the letter from an employee representative and for the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare to proceed according to its authority and closely monitor the employment situation of this employer.
The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, added that after receiving the request (Kor.Ror. 7), the Labour Inspector of the Bangkok Labour Protection and Welfare Office Area 3 (DLPW 3) will invite the employer to meet for further investigation. If it is found that the employer has not complied with labour protection laws, it will instruct the employer to proceed correctly. Employees affected by this employer can contact for advice or file a petition (Kor.Ror. 7) at the Bangkok Labour Protection and Welfare Office Area 3 or the Labour Protection and Welfare Office in the area where the employee works or call the Ministry of Labour’s 1506 hotline, press 3 for the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, or call 1546.
