วันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) พร้อมด้วย นางสาวอาภากร ว่องเขตกร ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมโครงการพัฒนาทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพ ตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริ ในสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมี พันตำรวจตรีศักดินนท์ ศักดา ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านวังชมภู ส.ต.ท.ธวัชพงษ์แสนอินทร์อำนาจ ปลัดอำเภอเอราวัณ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดเลย ผู้ประกอบการภาคเอกชน และผู้นำชุมชน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านวังชมภู หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลทรัพย์ไพวัลย์ อำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มได้มีอาชีพ มีงานทำ มีการพัฒนาศักยภาพฝีมือแรงงาน ให้แรงงานมีความรู้ความสามารถ และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี โดยหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานบูรณาการทำงานร่วมกันในการนำบริการด้านแรงงานมาให้บริการในจังหวัดที่มีโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในพื้นที่ จำนวน 40 จังหวัด ขณะนี้ดำเนินการแล้ว 33 จังหวัด ในส่วนของจังหวัดเลยในวันนี้ มีสำนักงานพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานเลย ได้มาฝึกอบรมโครงการตามแนวทางอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ ประเภทการฝึกอาชีพเสริม สาขาการติดตั้งและใช้งานระบบเซลล์พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ จำนวน 18 ชั่วโมง ระหว่างวันที่ 13 -15 กรกฎาคม2566 ให้แก่ครูโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ชุมชน ตชด. ผู้จบการศึกษาจาก ตชด. และครอบครัว ตชด. ซึ่งหลักสูตรที่คัดเลือกนำมาฝึกอบรมชุมชนโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนนั้นเป็นความต้องการของชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ เพราะเป็นหลักสูตรที่ใช้เวลาการฝึกไม่นาน ฝึกจบแล้วสามารถประกอบอาชีพได้ทันที
ด้าน พันตำรวจตรีศักดินนท์ ศักดา ครูใหญ่โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านวังชมพู กล่าวว่า โรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านวังชมภู อ.เอราวัณ จ.เลย อยู่ในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 24 กองบัญชาการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติมีครูฝึก 9 คน นักเรียน 90 คน เปิดสอนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นอนุบาลจนถึงชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เป็นนักเรียนที่อยู่ในพื้นที่บ้านวังชมภูและบริเวณใกล้เคียง ในวันนี้ขอขอบคุณกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้นำโครงการฝึกอาชีพตามโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดําริฯ มาฝึกอบรมให้กับตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนถึงที่ ซึ่งโครงการนี้เป็นโครงการที่ดีทำให้ตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนและชาวบ้านในชุมชนได้พัฒนาและเพิ่มทักษะของตนเอง อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรมไปต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

Principal of Ban Wang Chomphu Border Patrol Police School, Police Major Sakdinon Sakda, Erawan District Officer, Lt. Col. Thawat Phongsaen-inamnat, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Loei Province, private entrepreneurs, and community leaders joined to give a welcome at Ban Wang Chomphu Border Patrol Police School, Moo 5, Sapphaiwan Subdistrict, Erawan District, Loei Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Ministry of Labour gives importance to this project, a royal initiative so that all groups of people can have a career, a job, and a good quality of life. The agencies under the Ministry of Labour have worked together to provide services in the province where there are border patrol police schools in 40 provinces; it has already operated in 33. Loei Province has the Loei Skills Development Office providing training under the project under the guidelines of the royal initiative. It offered vocational training on the installation and use of solar cell systems. The training is 18 hours between July 13 -15, 2023, for border patrol police school teachers, students, parents, people in the border patrol police community area, police graduates, and their families. It is a course that does not take long to practice. After completing the training, trainees can start working immediately.
Principal of Ban Wang Chomphu Border Patrol Police School, Police Major Sakdinon Sakda, said that the Ban Wang Chomphu Border Patrol Police School, Erawan District, Loei Province, is under the Border Patrol Police Supervision 24, Border Patrol Police Headquarters, the Royal Thai Police. It has nine trainers and 90 students from kindergarten to grade 6. The students live in Ban Wang Chomphu and nearby areas. Today, he thanked the Ministry of Labour for bringing the occupational training programs and labour services under the royal initiative to provide services to the border patrol police and villagers in the community. The project is a good project that allows border patrol police and villagers to develop and increase their skills. They can also use the knowledge gained from the training to further expand their career path.
