วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) พร้อมด้วย นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวอาภากร ว่องเขตกร ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ตรวจเยี่ยมและให้กำลังใจผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการทาสีผนังอาคาร พร้อมทั้งเก็บรายละเอียดการทาสีโครงการสตรีทอาร์ต คิงภูมิพล ศิลปะแห่งรักและศรัทธา มหาราชาภูมิพล โดยมี นายกฤตย มีทวี รองนายกเทศมนตรีตำบลอัมพวา นายกำพล ชัยวิชิต ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดนางวัง (สหราษฎร์อุทิศ) หัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม อาสาสมัครแรงงานในพื้นที่ ให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 1 วัดนางวัง (สหราษฎร์อุทิศ) ต.อัมพวา อ.อัมพวา จ.สมุทรสงคราม
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวว่า ตามที่กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ร่วมกับ สถานีข่าวท็อปนิวส์ มูลนิธิยังมีเรา โครงการ สตรีทอาร์ต คิงภูมิพล ของทีมวาดพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 โดยมี คุณเกรียงศักดิ์ ศรีจันทร์รัตน์ ศิลปินท้องถิ่น ผู้ออกแบบภาพวาดหลัก ร่วมด้วย ครูอะไหล่ หัวหน้าทีมศิลปินจิตอาสา สตรีทอาร์ตคิงภูมิพล เพื่อร่วมกันผลักดันความฝันที่อยากจะเห็นภาพพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 เกิดขึ้นทั่วประเทศ และท่านสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับโครงการดังกล่าวที่แสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดี สำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์สร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคีเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันของคนไทยทั้งชาติ จึงได้มอบหมายให้ดิฉันร่วมเป็นคณะทำงานโครงการนี้ด้วย
นางเธียรรัตน์ กล่าวต่อว่า สำหรับกิจกรรมในวันนี้ที่จังหวัดสมุทรสงครามเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวผนัง การซ่อมแซมรอยร้าวบางส่วน ลงสีรองพื้นและทาสีจริงที่พื้นผนัง พร้อมทั้งเก็บรายละเอียดการทาสี ก่อนที่จะวาดพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ ซึ่งในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานได้ร่วมสนับสนุนโครงการ สตรีทอาร์ต คิงภูมิพล ศิลปะแห่งรักและศรัทธา มหาราชาภูมิพล ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่าง กระทรวงแรงงาน กับ มูลนิธิยังมีเรา สถานีข่าวท็อปส์นิวส์ และ ทีมงานสตรีทอาร์ต คิงภูมิพล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ อาสาสมัครแรงงาน และเครือข่ายจิตอาสากระทรวงแรงงาน และประชาชนได้แสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดีและสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ ตลอดจนการสร้างจิตสำนึกให้รู้จักการให้ แบ่งปัน มีความเสียสละ มีเมตตาต่อผู้อื่น และทำงานโดยไม่หวังผลตอบแทน สำหรับโครงการนี้ปัจจุบันได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว 17 จังหวัด ที่เหลืออีก 60 จังหวัด จะทยอยดำเนินการให้ครบทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศทั้ง 77 จังหวัดต่อไป
On July 18, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on Politics), Mrs. Thienrat Navamawat, Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Kornjirat Pongjansat, and the Department of Skill Development’s Inspector-General, Ms. Apakorn Wongkhetkon, to visit and give encouragement to the participants in the building wall painting activity of the Street Art King Bhumibol Project, The Art of Love and Faith, King Bhumibol the Great. Deputy Mayor of Amphawa Subdistrict, Mr. Krit Meethawee, Director of the Wat Nang Wang Municipal School 1 (Saharat Uthit), Mr. Kamphon Chaiwichit, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Samut Songkhram Province, and local labour volunteers, gave a welcome at the Wat Nang Wang Municipal School 1 (Saharat Uthit), Amphawa Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
Mrs. Thienrat said that the Ministry of Labour collaborated with the Top News television station and the ‘Yung Mee Rao Foundation’ in the Street Art King Bhumibol Project by the Royal Sculpture Drawing Team of King Rama IX. Local artist Mr. Kriengsak Srichandarat was the main painting designer, along with “Kru Ally,” leading the team of volunteer artists for the Street Art King Bhumibol. The collaboration jointly pushed forward the dream of wanting to see the image of King Rama IX all over the country. The Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, has given importance to the project that shows loyalty and appreciation to his Majesty the King and the royal institution to create solidarity and unity among all Thai people. Therefore, she was also assigned to be a member of the working group for this project.
Mrs. Thienrat continued that today’s activity in Samut Songkhram Province was to prepare and clean the wall surfaces, repair partial cracks, apply primer and paint to the wall, and finish painting details before drawing the royal portrait. The Ministry of Labour has supported the Street Art King Bhumibol Project, The Art of Love and Faith, King Bhumibol the Great, which is under the cooperation between the Ministry of Labour, the ‘Yung Mee Rao Foundation,’ Top News television station, and the Street Art King Bhumibol team. It aims to allow civil servants, officers, labour volunteers, the network of volunteers from the Ministry of Labour, and the people, to express their loyalty and appreciation for the monarchy and the royal family and create awareness of giving, sharing, sacrificing, and being kind to others, working without the expectation of returns. This project has been implemented in 17 provinces and will gradually be implemented in the remaining 60 provinces to complete all 77 provinces throughout the country.
