วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่จังหวัดนราธิวาส เยี่ยมให้กำลังใจทีมช่างของสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 25 นราธิวาส บัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส และผู้ต้องขังจากเรือนจำจังหวัดนราธิวาส ที่ได้ร่วมกันช่วยเหลือซ่อมแซมบ้านพักอาศัยของประชาชนชาวมูโนะที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากเหตุการณ์โกดังเก็บดอกไม้เพลิงระเบิด จนทำให้มีผู้เสียชีวิต จำนวน 11 คน และผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บ จำนวน 389 คน อาคารบ้านเรือนและทรัพย์สินได้รับความเสียหายจำนวนมาก ณ พื้นที่ตลาดมูโนะ อำเภอสุไหงโก–ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยมี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส ร่วมลงพื้นที่ด้วย
นายประทีป กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ท่านสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้มอบหมายให้ผมพร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาสลงพื้นที่มายังตลาดมูโนะ อำเภอสุไหงโก–ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาส ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่บ้านเรือนประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์โกดังเก็บดอกไม้เพลิงระเบิด ซึ่งในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานผมได้นำข้อห่วงใยจากท่านรัฐมนตรีสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น มายังพี่น้องประชาชนชาวมูโนะที่ได้รับผลกระทบ ตลอดจนเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทุกท่าน และในวันนี้กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 25 นราธิวาส ได้จัดทีมช่างซ่อมแซมบ้านพักอาศัยของประชาชนที่ได้รับความเสียหาย ร่วมกันกับบัณฑิตแรงงานจังหวัดนราธิวาส และผู้ต้องขังจากเรือนจำจังหวัดนราธิวาสเพื่อฟื้นฟูบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนให้ชาวมูโนะสามารถกลับมาดำรงชีวิตได้อย่างเป็นปกติโดยเร็ว
ทั้งนี้ นายประทีป ยังได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมบ้านบัณฑิตแรงงานตำบลมูโนะที่ได้รับความเสียหายจากเหตุการณ์ในครั้งนี้ พร้อมทั้งได้มอบเงินช่วยเหลือให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบบ้านพักอาศัยได้รับความเสียหาย จำนวน 2 ราย ได้แก่ น.ส.โนร์โซเฟีย หะมะ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานจัดหางานจังหวัดนราธิวาส และ น.ส.รุสมีนี ลาเต๊ะ บัณฑิตแรงงานประจำตำบลมูโนะ รายละ 5,000 บาท เพื่อปลอบขวัญกำลังใจอีกด้วย
On August 4, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, to visit Narathiwat Province, to encourage the technicians from the Narathiwat Institute for Skill Development 25, Narathiwat provincial labour graduates, and inmates from Narathiwat Provincial Prison who came together to help repair the houses of the Muno community which were damaged by the firework warehouse explosion. The incident caused 11 deaths and 389 injured people. Many houses and properties were damaged in the Muno market area in Su-ngai Ko-Lok District, Narathiwat Province. Heads of government agencies and officials under the Ministry of Labour in Narathiwat Province visited the area.
Mr. Prateep said that today, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned him and the heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Narathiwat Province to visit Muno Market in Su-ngai Ko-Lok District, Narathiwat Province. It is an area where people’s homes have been affected by the firework warehouse explosion. On the Ministry of Labour’s part, he shared the care from the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, to the affected Muno people and all operational staff. Today, the Ministry of Labour’s Narathiwat Skill Development Institute 25 organized a team of technicians to repair the peoples’ damaged houses, together withNarathiwat provincial labour graduates and inmates from the Narathiwat Provincial Prison to support and alleviate the suffering so that the Muno people can quickly return to their normal lives.
Mr. Prateep also visited the labour graduates’ homes in the Muno SubDistrict that were damaged by this incident and gave support to the staff of agencies under the Ministry of Labour whose houses were damaged, namely Ms. Nor Sophia Hama, an employee of the Narathiwat Provincial Employment Office and Ms. Rusmini Late, a labour graduate of Muno Subdistrict. Both received 5,000 Baht each as support.
