วันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และคณะ ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเยียนและมอบถุงยังชีพสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้แก่ผู้ประสบเหตุวาตภัยในพื้นที่ตำบลเก่ากลอย อำเภอนากลาง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จำนวน 3 ราย โดยมี นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นายสันติ นันตสุวรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู เข้าร่วม
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า จากเหตุการณ์พายุฤดูร้อน เมื่อวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมา จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูได้รับผลกระทบในเขตพื้นที่ของ 5 อำเภอ ได้แก่ นากลาง สุวรรณคูหา เมือง ศรีบุญเรือง และโนนสัง ซึ่งพื้นที่ที่ได้รับความเสียหายรุนแรงมากที่สุดคือ อำเภอนากลาง และอำเภอสุวรรณคูหา มีบ้านเรือนได้รับความเสียหาย จำนวน 1,913 หลังคาเรือน ซึ่งเป็นเหตุวาตภัยที่มีความรุนแรงมากสุดในรอบ 70 ปี ในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานได้บูรณาการร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วนในพื้นที่ของหนองบัวลำภูในการให้ความช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้น โดยบ้านหลังแรกเป็นบ้านของนายพัลลภ ศรีมันตะ กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้บูรณาการกับทุกภาคส่วนในการช่วยแซมบ้านเรือนที่ประสบเหตุวาตภัย นำแมททัลชีทที่บริษัทแสงไทยบริจาคมาซ่อมแซมให้ โดยช่างของศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย พล.ร. 3 บ้านหลังที่ 2 เป็นบ้านของนางหยาด กุลศรี กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้ส่งช่างไฟฟ้า เข้าซ่อมสายไฟ สวิตซ์ ปลั๊กที่เสียหาย เก่า ชำรุดให้สามารถใช้งานได้ ซึ่งบ้านหลังนี้มีผู้ป่วยติดเตียงพักอาศัยอยู่ด้วย และบ้านหลังที่ 3 เป็นบ้านของนางปราณี ชุมพล มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากเหตุวาตภัย 3 ราย เนื่องจากผนังบ้านล้มทับ บาดเจ็บตามร่างกายอาการโดยรวมไม่สาหัส ซึ่งบ้านหลังนี้ กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานได้ส่งทีมช่างมาเดินสายไฟ พร้อมติดตั้งหลอดไฟให้สามารถใช้งานได้ปกติแล้ว
“ความช่วยเหลือในครั้งนี้เป็นการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงแรงงานกับทุกภาคส่วนในพื้นที่ เพื่อ บรรเทาทุกข์ของพี่น้องประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อน ลดภาระค่าใช้จ่าย ต้องขอขอบคุณและเป็นกำลังใจเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และทุกภาคส่วนที่สละเวลาและทุ่มเทแรงกายแรงใจช่วยเหลือประชาชนในครั้งนี้อย่างเต็มความสามารถ” รมว.พิพัฒน์ กล่าว
On May 19, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, and a delegation paid a visit and gave relief bags to boost the morale of three victims of the storm in Kao Kloi Subdistrict, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Santi Nantasuwan, the Ministry of Labour’s executives, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Nong Bua Lamphu Province participated in the occasion.
Mr. Phiphat said that the summer storm on May 3 in Nong Bua Lamphu Province affected five districts, namely Na Klang, Suwannakhuha, Mueang, Si Bunrueang, and Non-Sang, with the most severely damaged areas being Na Klang and Suwannakhuha Districts. A total of 1,913 houses were damaged. It was the most severe storm in 70 years. The Ministry of Labour has worked with all sectors in the Nong Bua Lamphu area to provide initial assistance. The first house is the house of Mr. Panlop Srimantha. The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development has integrated with all sectors to help repair houses affected by the storm. They have used metallic sheets donated by Sang Thai Company to repair the homes, with technicians from the Disaster Relief Center. The second house was the house of Mrs. Yard Kulsri. The Department of Skill Development has sent an electrician to repair the damages, including damaged wires, switches, and plugs, so that they can be used. This house has a bedridden patient living there. The third house is the house of Mrs. Pranee Chumphon. Three people were injured in the storm because the house wall fell on them. The injuries to the body were not severe overall. For this house, the Department of Skill Development has sent a team of technicians to install electrical wiring and light bulbs so they can be used normally.
“This assistance is an integration between the Ministry of Labour and all sectors in the area to alleviate the suffering of the people who have suffered and reduce the burden of expenses. I would like to thank and encourage the officials of agencies under the Ministry of Labour and all sectors that donated their time and devoted their energy to help the people to their best abilities,” said Mr. Phiphat.
