เมื่อวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2566 ณ อาคารอิมแพค ฟอรั่ม เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานการจัดงานประชุมวิชาการประกันสังคม ประจำปี 2566 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “SSO Innovative and Data Driven 33 ปี ก้าวสู่องค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรม” พร้อมมอบนโยบายการขับเคลื่อนกระทรวงแรงงานเข้าสู่กระทรวงเศรษฐกิจ ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมฯ โดยมี นายธนัสถ์ ทวีเกื้อกูลกิจ ที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภุชงค์ วรศรี ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการ นายกรัฐมนตรี นายภูมิพัฒน์ เหมือนจันทร์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง ) และนายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ผู้บริหารระดับสูงของกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี และนายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม ให้การต้อนรับ ณ อาคารอิมแพค ฟอรั่ม เมืองทองธานี
การประชุมวิชาการประกันสังคม ประจำปี 2566 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “SSO Innovative and Data Driven 33 ปี ก้าวสู่องค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรม” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและความสำคัญของงานประกันสังคม พร้อมระดมความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนางานประกันสังคมจากทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อก่อให้เกิดการประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆ อีกทั้งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารและการประชาสัมพันธ์ด้านการใช้ข้อมูลตามกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยียุคใหม่การประชุมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมจำนวนประมาณ 450 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงาน ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ของสำนักงานประกันสังคม ทั้งส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค คณะกรรมการและคณะอนุกรรมการของสำนักงานประกันสังคม สภาองค์กรนายจ้าง สภาองค์กรลูกจ้าง ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง นักวิชาการสื่อมวลชน และประชาชนทั่วไป
โดยรูปแบบการจัดประชุมแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ในช่วงเช้ามีการเสวนา เรื่อง “การขับเคลื่อนสำนักงานประกันสังคมด้วยสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์สู่องค์การแห่งนวัตกรรม โดย นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม ร่วมกับ รศ.ดร.ชนินทร์ ทินนโชติ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ต่อด้วยปาฐกถาพิเศษเรื่อง “การประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่เพื่อการพัฒนางานบริการภาครัฐที่เป็นเลิศ” โดยนายแพทย์จเด็จ ธรรมธัชอารี เลขาธิการสำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ และปิดท้ายช่วงเช้าด้วยปาฐกถาพิเศษเรื่อง “ภูมิสารสนเทศเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศ” โดย ดร.ปกรณ์ อาภาพันธุ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ หรือ GISTDA
สำหรับในช่วงบ่าย มีการปาฐกถาพิเศษ เรื่อง “การบริการภาคเอกชนที่ทันสมัย” โดย นายผยง ศรีวณิช กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ต่อด้วยปาฐกถาพิเศษเรื่อง “การบริหารจัดการภาครัฐสู่การเป็นระบบราชการ 4.0” โดย นางอารีย์พันธ์ เจริญสุข รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบราชการ ถัดมาปาฐกถาพิเศษเรื่อง “บูรณาการ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ระหว่างภาครัฐผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล” โดย ดร.สุพจน์ เธียรวุฒิ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล (องค์การมหาชน) และปิดท้ายการปาฐกถาพิเศษ เรื่อง “การยกระดับความคุ้มครองทางสังคมโลกด้วยมิติมุมมองสมัยใหม่ผ่านการใช้แดชบอร์ด” โดย ดร.ธมน เล็กปรีชากุล ผู้แทนจากสหประชาชาติ หรือ UN นอกจากนี้ ภายในบริเวณงานได้จัดให้มีนิทรรศการทางวิชาการ เช่น นำเสนอผลงานของผู้ที่ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตร นักวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล นิทรรศการด้านเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ และบูธกิจกรรมต่างๆ อีกด้วย
On October 27, 2023, at the Impact Forum Building, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the opening of the Social Security Academic Conference 2023 under the topic “An Innovative and Data-Driven SSO: 33 Years and Becoming an Innovative Organization,” and provided policies to participants on driving the Ministry of Labour into the Ministry of Economy. The Labour Minister’s Advisor, Mr. Thanat Thaweekueakulkit, Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, from the Prime Minister’s Secretariat’s Office, Mr. Phuchong Worasri, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on Politics), Mr. Phumiphat Mueanchan, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives, joined in the honour of the ceremony. The Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, gave a welcome at the Impact Forum Building, Muang Thong Thani.
The Social Security Academic Conference 2023, under the topic “An Innovative and Data-Driven SSO: 33 Years and Becoming an Innovative Organization,” has the objective of enhancing knowledge and understanding of the importance of social security work. It also facilitates the brainstorming of ideas for developing social security work from all involved parties to create cohesion and cooperation between various agencies. In addition, it increases the efficiency of communication and awareness in using data according to the changing trends of modern technology. The meeting had approximately 450 attendees, consisting of the Ministry of Labour’s executives, management, civil servants, officials of the Social Security Office from both central and provincial regions, the Social Security Office’s committee and subcommittees, employer organization councils, employee organization councils, representatives from relevant agencies, the media, academia, and the general public.
The conference was divided into two parts. The morning hosted a discussion on “Driving the Social Security Office with Geographic Information towards an Innovation Organization” by the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, together with Information Technology Specialist Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanin Tinnachot. The session was followed by a special lecture on “The Application of Spatial Data for the Development of Excellent Government Services” by the Secretary-General of the National Health Security Office, Dr. Jadej Thamthatcharee. The morning ended with a special lecture on “Geo-Informatics for National Development” by the Director of the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency or GISTDA, Dr. Pakorn Apaphan.
The afternoon hosted a special lecture on “Modern Private Sector Services” by the President of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Mr. Phayong Srivanich, followed by a special lecture on “Public Sector Management Towards Becoming a Bureaucratic System 4.0” by the Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, Mrs. Areephan Charoensuk. Next came a special lecture on “Integrating and Exchanging Information Between the Government Sector Through Digital Technology” by the Director of the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization), Dr. Supoj Thienwut. The afternoon concluded with a special lecture on “Improving Global Social Protection with a Modern Perspective Through the Use of Dashboards” by Dr. Thamon Lekpreechakul, a representative from the United Nations (UN). In addition, the event area had academic exhibitions, such as presentations on the work of those who have passed training courses in data science, technology, and information exhibitions and various activity booths.
