เมื่อวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 16.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และคณะ เดินทางตรวจเยี่ยมศูนย์อำนวยการจัดการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการประกันสังคม เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานเลือกตั้ง โดยมี นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภุชงค์ วรศรี ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภูมิพัฒน์ เหมือนจันทร์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูง ข้าราชการ และสื่อมวลชนเข้าร่วมสังเกตุการณ์ ณ ชั้น 1 อาคารวิทุร แสงสิงแก้ว สำนักงานประกันสังคม
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า วันอาทิตย์ที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2566 เป็นวันสำคัญยิ่ง เป็นวันที่พี่น้องผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 มาตรา 39 มาตรา 40 นายจ้างในระบบประกันสังคม ออกมาใช้สิทธิ ใช้เสียงเลือกตั้งครั้งสำคัญ และครั้งแรกในประวัติศาสตร์ เพื่อสรรหาผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตนเป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการประกันสังคม โดยได้เริ่มมาตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00 – 16.00 น.
จากรายงานของนายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม ว่าในช่วงเช้าที่ผ่านมา หน่วยเลือกตั้งทั้งหมด 934 แห่งทั่วประเทศ ภาพรวมการเลือกตั้งเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย มีผู้ประกันตนให้ความสนใจมาใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยผู้ประกันตนและนายจ้างที่ลงทะเบียนเลือกตั้งที่เว็บไซต์สำนักงานประกันสังคม www.sso.go.th ไว้ทั้งหมด 958,819 คน แยกเป็นผู้ประกันตน ที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 854,414 คน สามารถลงคะแนนเลือกผู้สมัครฝ่ายผู้ประกันตนจำนวน 228 คน และฝ่ายนายจ้าง ที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 3,129 คน สามารถลงคะแนนเลือกผู้สมัครฝ่ายนายจ้าง จำนวน 65 คน ทั้งนี้ นายจ้างมาใช้สิทธิ จำนวน 1,465 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.82 ผู้ประกันตนมาใช้สิทธิ จำนวน 156,870 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.36
สำหรับการนับคะแนนในที่เลือกตั้ง ทั้งหมด 934 แห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยได้มีการปิดหีบเลือกตั้งเมื่อเวลา 16.00 น. หลังจากนั้นจะมีการเปิดหีบนับคะแนน ณ ที่เลือกตั้ง แล้วคณะกรรมการประจำที่เลือกตั้ง จะส่งรายงานผลคะแนนให้กับคณะกรรมการดำเนินการเลือกตั้งประจำจังหวัด (กดต.) เพื่อรวบรวมคะแนนของที่เลือกตั้งทั้งหมดในจังหวัดนั้น ๆ แล้วส่งคะแนนให้คณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งผู้แทนฝ่ายนายจ้างและผู้แทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตน เพื่อรวบรวมคะแนนประกาศผลเลือกตั้งต่อไป ทั้งนี้ ระหว่างการตรวจเยี่ยม นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้กำลังใจ และขอบคุณเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์อำนวยการจัดการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการประกันสังคม และข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมทั่วประเทศทุกๆ คน พร้อมกำชับให้ปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
นายพิพัฒน์ รมต.แรงงาน ขอให้ผู้ประกันตนมั่นใจในการทำงานของสำนักงานประกันสังคมที่ตั้งใจเพื่อให้ได้ตัวแทนฝ่ายนายจ้าง ตัวแทนฝ่ายผู้ประกันตนมาเป็นกรรมการในคณะกรรมการประกันสังคม ในการช่วยดูแลกองทุนประกันสังคมซึ่งเป็นหลักประกันในการดำรงชีวิตของสมาชิกผู้ประกันตนทั่วประเทศ อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของนายจ้าง ผู้ประกันตนต่อไป
On December 24, 2023, at 16.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, and a delegation paid a visit to inspect the Election Management Center of the Social Security Board to follow up on the results of the election. The Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, from the Prime Minister’s Secretariat’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Phuchong Worasri, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on Politics), Mr. Phumiphat Mueanchan, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, senior executives, civil servants and the media attended the occasion on the first floor of Witoon Saengsingkaew Building, Social Security Office.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that Sunday, December 24, 2023, is a very important day. It is the day when insured persons under Sections 33, 39, and 40, and employers in the social security system, exercise their rights and use their votes for an important election for the first time in history. The election will select representatives of employers and insured persons to be members of the Social Security Committee. Voting will run from 08.00 to 16.00 hours.
The Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, reported that in the morning, there were a total of 934 polling stations nationwide. Overall, the election went smoothly. Many insured persons exercised their voting rights. There were 958,819 insured persons and employers who registered to vote at the Social Security Office website, www.sso.go.th. This included 854,414 insured persons who were eligible to vote, 228 people who could vote for insured person representatives, and 3,129 employers eligible to vote, and 65 who could vote for employer representatives. A total of 1,465 employers exercised their rights, accounting for 46.82 percent, while 156,870 insured persons exercised their rights, accounting for 18.36 percent.
The polling boxes will close at 16.00 hours, after which the counting for all 934 polling stations nationwide will start. The votes will be counted at the respective polling stations, then the committee will fill out score reports which will be sent to the Provincial Election Commission to compile scores for that province and send the scores to the Election Commission for Employer and Insured Person Representatives. The votes will be collected, and election results will be announced. During the visit, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, encouraged and thanked the officials at the Election Management Center of the Social Security Board and all civil servants and officials of the Social Security Office throughout the country. He also urged them to carry out their work smoothly and in compliance with the law.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, asked that all insured persons be confident in the work of the Social Security Office, which intends to obtain employer and insured person representation to become members of the Social Security Board to help take care of the Social Security Fund. It is the guarantee of life for insured persons throughout the country, which will improve the quality of life of employers and insured persons.
