รมว.แรงงาน นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ ดันครูมวยรับ License มอบหมาย เลขาอารี ชมการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย สร้างนักกีฬาอาชีพและ Soft Power หวังดึงรายได้เข้าประเทศ
วันที่ 10 เมษายน 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมาย นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติ สาขาอาชีพภาคบริการ สาขาผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย ระดับ 1 ผลักดันนโยบาย Soft Power โดยมี นายปรีชา ลาลุน รองผู้ว่าการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย (ฝ่ายกีฬาอาชีพและกีฬามวยไทย) ให้การต้อนรับและนำเยี่ยมชมการทดสอบ ณ ห้องฝึกกีฬามวย ศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาในร่ม การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกล่าวภายหลังการเยี่ยมชมว่า การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน ให้เป็นศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน สาขา ผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย ระดับ 1 จากทั้งหมดที่ได้รับอนุญาตแล้ว 16 แห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยในครั้งนี้ มีผู้เข้ารับการทดสอบฯ จำนวน 12 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทยอาชีพ ระดับ C – License ของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 8 คน ผู้ฝึกสอนที่เตรียมไปทำงานเป็นครูฝึกสอนมวยไทยในต่างประเทศ จำนวน 1 คน และอีก 3 คนเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทยจากค่ายมวยในประเทศไทย
นายอารี กล่าวต่อไปว่า สำหรับศูนย์ทดสอบฯ ของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย มีความพร้อมทั้งสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ที่ได้มาตรฐาน และมีคณะกรรมการควบคุมการทดสอบที่มีศักยภาพ อีกทั้งมีการจัดฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านกีฬามวยไทย รวมถึงมีเครือข่ายด้านมวยไทยเป็นจำนวนมาก ดังนั้นเมื่อการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือ สาขาผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย ระดับ 1 แล้ว สามารถรองรับความต้องการของสถานประกอบกิจการ หรือผู้ประกอบอาชีพด้านมวยไทย รวมถึงนักมวยอาชีพที่ต้องการไปทำงานทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ หรือเปิดสอนมวยไทย เข้ามาใช้บริการได้ตั้งแต่การฝึกอบรมจนถึงกระบวนการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน นอกจากนี้ กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ร่วมกับการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย ดำเนินการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือสาขาผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย ระดับ 1 ให้แก่แรงงานไทยในต่างประเทศด้วย เพื่อยกระดับทักษะฝีมือแรงงานไทยที่ทำงานในต่างประเทศให้ได้รับพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ ทักษะและทัศนคติในการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย อีกทั้งเพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานในการประกอบอาชีพของผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทยให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของนายจ้างและสถานประกอบกิจการในต่างประเทศ โดยมีแผนที่จะจัดทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือ สาขาผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย ระดับ 1 ที่เมืองเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน อังกฤษ และสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ เป้าหมายไม่น้อยกว่า 80 คน
“กีฬามวยไทยเป็นหนึ่งใน Soft Power ที่รัฐบาลส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาคมโลกได้รับรู้ เพื่อดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางเข้าประเทศในลักษณะ Sport Tourism และขณะเดียวกันก็สามารถส่งออกนักกีฬาและผู้ฝึกสอนไปยังต่างประเทศ สร้างเม็ดเงินให้แก่ประเทศจำนวนมหาศาล การทดสอบฯ ผู้ฝึกสอนมวยไทย จึงเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนในการผลิตนักกีฬามืออาชีพที่มีมาตรฐานฝีมือของกระทรวงแรงงานการันตี” นายอารีกล่าวทิ้งท้าย
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, supports boxing instructors in getting licenses and assigned his Secretariat, Mr. Aree, to oversee the standard assessments of Muay Thai trainer’s skills to create professional athletes and promote soft power, with hopes of bringing income into the country.
On April 10, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainaran, to visit the national skills assessment services in the Muay Thai trainer branch, level 1, to promote the soft power policy. The Deputy Governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand (Professional Sports and Muay Thai), Mr. Preecha Lalun, gave a welcome and led the tour of the assessment at the boxing training room, indoor sports training center, Sports Authority of Thailand, Bangkok. After the visit, he said that the Sports Authority of Thailand is licensed by the Department of Skill Development under the Ministry of Labour to be a skill standards assessment center for Muay Thai trainers, level 1, from a total of 16 licensed locations nationwide. On this occasion, 12 people were taking the test, consisting of 8 people who passed the professional Muay Thai trainer course, Level C – license of the Sports Authority of Thailand, one person who was preparing to work as a Muay Thai trainer abroad, and the other three were Muay Thai trainers from boxing camps in Thailand.
Mr. Aree continued that the testing center of the Sports Authority of Thailand is a well-equipped location with equipment and various facilities that meet the standards. There is a quality committee to control assessments and training to provide knowledge about the sport of Muay Thai. There are also many Muay Thai networks. Therefore, the Sports Authority of Thailand, as a center for assessing skill standards in the Muay Thai trainer branch, level 1, can support the needs of businesses and professionals in Muay Thai, including professional boxers who want to work both domestically and abroad. Those wanting to teach Muay Thai can use services from training to the skill standard assessment process. In addition, the Department of Skill Development, together with the Sports Authority of Thailand, conducts skill standard assessments for Muay Thai trainers, level 1, for Thai workers looking to work abroad as well. The initiative aims to upgrade the skills of Thai workers working abroad to develop knowledge, skills, and working attitudes related to Muay Thai trainers. In addition, it creates standards in the occupation of Muay Thai trainers to be acceptable to employers and business establishments abroad. There is a plan to organize a skill standard assessment for Muay Thai Instructors at level 1 in Shanghai, China, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. The goal is to reach over 80 people.
“Thai boxing is one of the soft powers that the government aims to support and promote to the world community, to attract tourists to travel into the country in the form of sports tourism. At the same time, it aims to export athletes and coaches abroad to generate income for the country. Therefore, assessing Muay Thai trains is an important mechanism in driving the production of professional athletes with skill standards guaranteed by the Ministry of Labour,” concluded Mr. Aree.
