วันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 13.00 น.นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปีสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 1 โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวกาญจนา พูลแก้ว รองอธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติ คุณปิยรัชต์ สมาทา ประธานสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย และคณะกรรมการบริหารสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงแรมคิงปาร์ค อเวนิว ศรีนครินทร์ กรุงเทพมหานคร
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ในนามของกระทรวงแรงงาน ขอขอบคุณสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ที่ให้เกียรติเชิญมาร่วมกล่าวเป็นเกียรติในการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี ครั้งที่ 1 ของสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ในวันนี้ สภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นองค์กรแรงงานที่จัดตั้งขึ้นจากการรวมตัวของสหภาพแรงงานในกิจการประเภทอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ และผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ โดยคณะกรรมการบริหารและบรรดาสมาชิกร่วมมือร่วมใจบริหารงานด้วยความความสามัคคีปรองดองเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน จนทำให้สภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นองค์กรแรงงานที่เติบโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว โดยมีสหภาพแรงงานเข้าเป็นสมาชิก จำนวนถึง 32 แห่ง เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกจ้างและพี่น้องผู้ใช้แรงงานกว่า 20,000 คน ภายในระยะเวลาไม่ถึงหนึ่งปีของการจัดตั้งและมีแนวโน้มว่าในอนาคต สภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จะพัฒนาก้าวสู่การเป็นองค์กรแรงงานที่เข้มแข็ง เป็นเสาหลักให้กับสหภาพแรงงานในสังกัด โดยการยึดหลักการแรงงานสัมพันธ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์มีการปรึกษาหารือร่วมกับนายจ้าง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ บนพื้นฐานของหลักการแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดีอันมีความสำคัญที่ช่วยส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้สถานประกอบกิจการ สามารถขับเคลื่อนไปข้างหน้าได้อย่างมั่นคง ควบคู่กับการมีสภาพการจ้างและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของลูกจ้าง
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวต่อว่า ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย จะธำรงรักษาความสามัคคี และยึดมั่นหลักแรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี เพื่อสร้างการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านแรงงาน เพื่อให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ของประเทศสามารถยืนหยัด และก้าวไปข้างหน้าด้วยกันอย่างมั่นคง อันจะนำมาซึ่งความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ และเกิดประโยชน์สุขร่วมกัน ทั้งฝ่ายนายจ้าง และฝ่ายลูกจ้าง ในโอกาส การประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี ของสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 1 ในวันนี้ ผมขอให้การประชุมในครั้งนี้สำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ ขอให้องค์กรมีความเข้มแข็งและให้การบริหารงานของสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย ประสบแต่ความเจริญก้าวหน้า รักษาไว้ซึ่งระบบ แรงงานสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ให้มีความมั่นคงยั่งยืนบังเกิดความสงบสันติสุขมีความสมานฉันท์ปรองดอง
“ในนามของกระทรวงแรงงานพร้อมที่จะร่วมมือกับสภาองค์การลูกจ้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทยในการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของแรงงานของไทยอย่างยั่งยืน นำไปสู่การพัฒนาประเทศให้เจริญรุ่งเรืองต่อไป” นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวท้ายสุด
On December 9, 2023, at 13.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, presided over the opening of the 1st Annual General Meeting of the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, and the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Deputy Director-General, Ms. Kanchana Poonkaew, also participated in honour. The Chairman of the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand, Mr. Piyarat Samatha, and executives from the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand joined in giving a welcome at the King Park Avenue Hotel, Srinakarin, Bangkok.
Mr. Phiphat said that on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, he thanked the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand for inviting him to speak at the 1st Annual General Meeting of the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand today. The Industrial Employees Council of Thailand is a labour organization established by the union of labour unions in the automotive industry and establishments that produce automobile parts. The executive committee and members have worked together to manage businesses in unity, supporting the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand to rapidly grow as a labour organization. It has 32 trade unions as members, involving over 20,000 employees and workers within less than one year of being established. It is likely that in the future, the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand will develop into a strong labour organization, a pillar for the labour unions under it, by adhering to the principles of constructive labor relations where there is consultation with employers to solve problems on the principles of good labour relations. These are important to help promote and support business establishments to move forward steadily, along with having good employment conditions and quality of life for employees.
Mr. Phiphat continued that he hoped the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand would maintain unity and adhere to the principles of good labour relations to develop and strengthen the workforce so that the country’s automotive industry could stand firm and move forward together firmly. This will bring about the economic strength of the country and create mutual benefits for both employers and employees. On the occasion of the 1st Annual General Meeting of the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand today, he wished success for the meeting to meet its set objectives, for the organization to be strengthened, and for the administration of the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand to progress and maintain good labour relations for stability and sustainability, peace, and harmony.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Labour, we are ready to work with the Industrial Employees Council of Thailand to sustainably improve the quality of life of the Thai workforce, to lead to the country’s further development and prosperity,” Mr. Phiphat concluded.
