วันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน รับมอบหนังสือจากนางปีใหม่ รัฐวงษา และแรงงานอดีตกรรมการสหภาพแรงงานไทรอัมพ์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นเนล แห่งประเทศไทย (บริษัท บอดี้แฟชั่น ประเทศไทย) จำกัด สาขา นิคมอุตสาหกรรมเคหะบางพลีเมืองใหม่ ทั้ง 9 คน กรณีถูกนายจ้างเลิกจ้างเมื่อปี 2563 และไม่ได้ค่าชดเชยตามกฎหมาย เพื่อให้กระทรวงแรงงานดำเนินการหาแนวทางเร่งรัดช่วยเหลือ โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางโสภา เกียรตินิรชา ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน รักษาราชการแทนอธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม ณ บริเวณด้านหน้าอาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
On November 30, 2023, at 09.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, received a letter from Mrs. Pimai Rattawongsa and nine former union committee members of Triumph International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Body Fashion Thailand), Bang Phli Mueang Mai Industrial Estate Branch. The meeting was about the case of termination by the employer in 2020 and not receiving compensation according to law. The letter was filed for the Ministry of Labour to find ways to expedite support. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasstian, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General and Acting Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives also joined the occasion in front of the Ministry of Labour’s building.
