วันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน “สร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ” ภายใต้ชื่องาน “มหกรรมสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ @Nakhon Si Thammarat” โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภุชงค์ วรศรี ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภูมิพัฒน์ เหมือนจันทร์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวรายงาน นายไตรรัตน์ ไชยรัตน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช นางสาวนภัทร วัยทอง นักวิชาการแรงงานชำนาญการพิเศษ รักษาราชการแทน จัดหางานจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงแรมราวดี ตำบลปากพูน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า การจัดงาน งาน “มหกรรมสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ @Nakhon Si Thammarat” “ครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพเพื่อ ขับเคลื่อนสู่เป้าหมายการจ้างงาน 1 ล้านอัตรา ภายในปี 2567 ซึ่งจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชมีความเหมาะสมในการจัดงานอย่างมาก เนื่องจากมีศักยภาพโดดเด่น มีประชากรมากที่สุดในภาคใต้ประมาณ 1.5 ล้านคน และอยู่ในกำลังแรงงานร่วม 9 แสนคน กระทรวงแรงงานจึงการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้คนหางาน และสถานประกอบการที่มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง มีโอกาสมาพบกัน พร้อมกับได้เชิญชวนนักเรียน นักศึกษาในพื้นที่ที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน หรือสนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทำให้รู้จักตนเอง รู้ความถนัด ทราบแนวโน้มตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต เพื่อเตรียมตัวได้อย่างเหมาะสม ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการภาครัฐได้อย่างสะดวก และเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม โดยในครั้งต่อไป ยังมีกำหนดจัดที่จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ และสงขลา ตามลำดับ
ด้านนายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจจำนวนมาก อาทิ การรับสมัครและสัมภาษณ์งานโดยตรงกับนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง จำนวน 50 บริษัท มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง 1,500 อัตรา อาทิ ตำแหน่ง พนักงานทั่วไป พนักงานประจำร้าน พนักงานขาย พนักงานประจำสาขา ฯลฯ การบรรยายในหัวข้อ “ทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21” โดยผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัทจัดหางาน จ๊อบ บีเคเค ดอท คอม จำกัด การให้คำปรึกษาและรับลงทะเบียนผู้สนใจไปทำงานต่างประเทศ การสาธิตอาชีพและฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระวันละ 20 อาชีพ อาทิ งานอีโคปริ้นต์ (ผ้ามัดย้อม) งานเพ้นท์เล็บ งานดีไอวาย (โคมไฟ) งานเย็บกระเป๋าหนังลายผ้าไทย งานเย็บกระเป๋าแก้วเยติ นิทรรศการแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อสำหรับนักเรียนนักศึกษาที่ใกล้เรียนจบ บริการแนะแนวอาชีพ การทดสอบความพร้อมทางอาชีพและทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสมัครงาน บริการแบบวัดบุคลิกภาพเพื่อการศึกษาต่อและการเลือกอาชีพ นิทรรศการโลกของอาชีพและการเรียนรู้เสมือนจริง การให้คำปรึกษาแหล่งเงินทุนในการประกอบอาชีพ และการให้บริการของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน การจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้าจากกลุ่มอาชีพที่ประสบความสำเร็จ เช่น สินค้า OTOP ,Franchise ,Food Truck เป็นต้น เพื่อให้ผู้ร่วมงานหาไอเดียการทำธุรกิจน่าลงทุน โดยมีผู้ให้ความสนใจการจัดงานครั้งนี้ จำนวน 39,566 คน

On March 1, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the opening ceremony of the “Create Jobs and Career Paths” event under the name of the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Nakhon Si Thammarat.” The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, from the Prime Minister’s Secretariat’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Phuchong Worasri, and the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson, Mr. Phumiphat Mueanchan, joined the occasion. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, gave a report. The Deputy Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Mr. Trairat Chairat, Labour Academic Specialist and Acting Government Official at the Nakhon Si Thammarat Employment Office, Ms. Naphat Waithong, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province gave a welcome at the Rawadee Hotel, Pak Phun Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, reported that the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Nakhon Si Thammarat” “was part of the initiative to create jobs. and career paths, driving towards the employment target of 1 million positions by 2024. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is a suitable location for the event as it has outstanding potential. It has the largest population in the South, with approximately 1.5 million people and 900,000 people in the workforce. The Ministry of Labour, therefore, organized activities to encourage people to find work and to connect them with companies that have job vacancies. It also invited students in the area who are about to enter the workforce or those interested in participating in activities to help them get to know themselves, their aptitudes, and future labour market trends. Such knowledge will allow people to have convenient access to government services and benefit all groups of people. The next events are scheduled in Buriram and Songkhla Provinces, respectively.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, said that there were many interesting activities at the event, such as direct job applications and interviews with 50 employers and companies in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and nearby provinces. There were over 1,500 vacancies, such as general employee positions, store employees, sales staff, and branch employees. There was a lecture on the topic of “Essential Skills in the 21st Century” by the Assistant Managing Director of JobBKK.com Company Limited, providing counseling and registration for those interested in working abroad. There were career and freelancing demonstrations in 20 occupations per day, such as eco-printing (tie-dyeing), nail painting, DIY (lamp), leather bag sewing with Thai fabric patterns, and sewing of Yeti glass bags. There was an exhibition of further education guidance for students nearing graduation, career guidance services, career readiness assessment, and English language assessment for job applications. There were personality assessment services for further education and career selection, a World of Careers and virtual learning exhibition, and financial advisory resources. There were also career and services provided by agencies under the Ministry of Labour, exhibitions, and product sales from successful professional groups such as OTOP products, franchises, and food trucks so that participants could find business ideas worth investing in. There were 39,566 participants.
The Ministry of Labour invites job seekers, students, and the general public interested in finding work, wanting to develop their skills, and finding ideas for additional careers to join the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Nakhon Si Thammarat” event on March 1 to 2, 2024, from 9.30 to 16.00 hours.
