วันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 17.00 น. นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นผู้แทนองค์ประธานโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE กล่าวแสดงความยินดีในพิธีประกาศผลและมอบรางวัลพระราชทานการประกวดผลการดำเนินงานจังหวัด อำเภอ และชมรม TO BE NUMBER ONE ระดับภาคกลางและตะวันออก ประจำปี 2566 โดยมี ที่ปรึกษาโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ผู้บริหารจังหวัด ผู้แทนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้เข้าประกวด ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ โรงแรมเอเชีย แอร์พอร์ท อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี
นายประทีป กล่าวว่า วันนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสอันดี ที่ทุกท่านจะได้น้อมระลึกถึงพระกรุณาธิคุณขององค์ประธานโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ที่ทรงทุ่มเทพระวรกายดำเนินงานโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ด้วยพระวิริยะอุตสาหะ เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดให้กับประเทศชาติอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทรงเป็นศูนย์รวมก่อให้เกิดความร่วมแรงร่วมใจของทุกภาคส่วนในการดำเนินงานโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์และบรรลุเป้าหมาย เยาวชนชาวไทยเป็นหนึ่งโดยไม่พึ่งยาเสพติด นอกจากวัยรุ่นและเยาวชน ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงทั่วไปแล้วยังพระราชทานโอกาสให้วัยรุ่นและเยาวชนในสถานพินิจ/ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมฯ ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน ผู้ถูกคุมประพฤติในสำนักงานคุมประพฤติ และกลุ่มวัยแรงงานในสถานประกอบการสมัครเป็นสมาชิกและเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ด้วย
นายประทีป กล่าวต่อว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน ในฐานะหน่วยงานหนึ่งในกระทรวงหลักของโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ซึ่งได้ร่วมสนับสนุนและดำเนินโครงการ สนองพระปณิธานขององค์ประธานอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยการส่งเสริม และรณรงค์อย่างเข้มแข็งให้สถานประกอบการเข้าร่วมโครงการ และมอบหมายให้สำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ ประสานหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ระดมความร่วมมือจากผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ในสถานประกอบการ ส่งเสริมให้มีการขยายเครือข่ายชมรมและศูนย์เพื่อนใจ TO BE NUMBER ONE ครอบคลุมทั่วทุกพื้นที่ เพื่อเป้าหมายพัฒนาแรงงานไทยห่างไกลยาเสพติด
“ขอแสดงความยินดีกับจังหวัด อำเภอ ชมรม TO BE NUMBER ONE ที่ได้รับรางวัลพระราชทาน และขอแสดงความชื่นชมกับทุกทีมที่เข้าร่วมประกวด แม้จะไม่ได้รับรางวัลทุกทีม แต่สิ่งที่ทุกคนได้รับในวันนี้ คือ การมีโอกาสได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ แนวคิด แนวทางการดำเนินงาน ป้องกัน แก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดที่มีคุณค่า ทั้งในระดับจังหวัด อำเภอ ชุมชน สถานศึกษา สถานประกอบการ สถานพินิจ เรือนจำ และสำนักงานคุมประพฤติ เพื่อนำไปใช้พัฒนาต่อยอดการดำเนินงานของตนเองต่อไป” รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวท้ายสุด
On March 31, 2023, at 17.00 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, represented the President of the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, congratulating, announcing, and awarding prizes for the provincial, district, and TO BE NUMBER ONE performance contests at the central and eastern levels for 2023. The TO BE NUMBER ONE project consultants, provincial administrators, representatives of relevant agencies, and contestants gave a welcome at the Asia Airport Hotel, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani Province.
Mr. Prateep said that today was a good opportunity for everyone to remember the kindness of the President of the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, who dedicated themselves to the TO BE NUMBER ONE project with diligence to prevent and solve drug problems for the country. She embodies the cooperation of all sectors in implementing the TO BE NUMBER ONE project to achieve its objectives and goals for Thai youths to be one without dependence on drugs. In addition to adolescents and youths, which is a general risk group, it gives opportunities to adolescents and youths in detention centers/training centers, inmates in prisons, correctional institutions, those on probation in the probation office, and working-age groups in the workplace, to apply and participate in various activities in the TO BE NUMBER ONE project as well.
Mr. Prateep continued that the Ministry of Labour is one of the main ministries to support and implement the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, to meet the aspirations of the President. It promotes campaigns for enterprises to participate in the project and assigned Provincial Labour Offices nationwide to coordinate with agencies under the Ministry of Labour and entrepreneurs to prevent and solve drug problems. It has supported the implementation of the TO BE NUMBER ONE project in the workplace, encouraging the expansion of the network and the TO BE NUMBER ONE Center to cover all areas to develop Thai workers and prevent drug use.
“Congratulations to the provinces, districts, and TO BE NUMBER ONE clubs for receiving royal awards. Congratulations to all teams participating in the contest. Although not all teams won, everyone today has an opportunity to exchange and learn concepts and operational guidelines for preventing and solving drug problems at the provincial, district, and community level, from educational institutes, workplaces, detention centers, prisons, and probation offices, to further develop their operations,” concluded the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour.
