วันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2566 นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการสถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ ครั้งที่ 8/2566 โดยมี นายนคร ศิลปอาชา เป็นประธานการประชุมดังกล่าว ณ ห้องราชพฤกษ์ อาคารเพิร์ล แบงก์ค็อก ชั้น 14 สถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน)
สำหรับที่ประชุมมีการพิจารณาดังนี้ การเลื่อนตำแหน่งของเจ้าหน้าที่ การปรับอัตราเงินเดือนของเจ้าหน้าที่เนื่องจากการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง ขอขยายระยะเวลาการสรรหาผู้อำนวยการสถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (ร่าง)แผนปฏิบัติการ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ของสถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน) (ร่าง) กรอบการประเมินองค์การมหาชน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 สถาบันคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ (องค์การมหาชน) การทบทวนแผนปฏิบัติการดิจิทัล พ.ศ. 2566 – 2568 การดำเนินการดานจริยธรรมและธรรมภิบาลของคณะกรรมการ ขอความเห็นชอบมาตรฐานอาชีพ จำนวน 2 อาชีพ ขอความเห็นชอบผลการทบทวนมาตรฐานอาชีพ จำนวน 28 อาชีพ ขอรับรององค์กรที่ทำหนาที่ใหบริการฝึกอบรม จำนวน 1 องค์กร ขอการรับรอง ขยายขอบข่าย และสถานที่ประเมินเพิ่มเติม ขององค์กรที่มีหนาที่รับรองสมรรถนะของบุคคลตามมาตรฐานอาชีพ จำนวน 12 องค์กร
On August 24, 2023, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, attended the Professional Qualifications Institute Board Meeting No. 8/2023, chaired by Mr. Nakorn Silpa-archa. The occasion took place at the Ratchaphruek Room, Pearl Bangkok Building, 14th floor, Professional Qualifications Institute (Public Organization).
The meeting considered the promotion of officers, adjustment of staff salary due to promotion, the request to extend the recruitment period for the Director of the Institute of Professional Qualifications, the (draft) Action Plan for the 2024 fiscal year of the Institute of Professional Qualifications (Public Organization), the (draft) Public Organization Evaluation Framework for the 2024 fiscal year by the Institute of Professional Qualifications (Public Organization), review of the Digital Action Plan 2023 – 2025, and conducting ethics and good governance of the Board of Directors. It further considered the request for approval of occupational standards in 2 professions, the request for approval of the results of the review of occupational standards for 28 professions, the certification of 1 organization responsible for providing training services, and the request for certification to expand the scope and place for additional assessment of 12 organizations that must certify the competency of individuals according to professional standards.
