วันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 11.00 น. นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน รักษาราชการแทนรองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานสิทธิมนุษยชนของประเทศไทย ครั้งที่ 1/2566 (ประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ Cisco Webex Meetings) โดยมี นายวัลลภ นาคบัว รองปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรม เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมกองยุทธศาสตร์และแผนงาน ชั้น 13 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
สำหรับการประชุมครั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณา ร่างแผนปฏิบัติการระดับชาติว่าด้วยธุรกิจกับสิทธิมนุษยชน ระยะที่ 2 (พ.ศ. 2566 – 2570)

On March 17, 2023, at 11.00 hours, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General and Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, attended the Thailand Human Rights Steering Committee Meeting No. 1/2023 (via Cisco Webex Meetings). The Deputy Permanent Secretary from the Ministry of Justice, Mr. Wanlop Nakbua, chaired the meeting at the Strategy and Planning Division meeting room, 13th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The meeting considered the Draft National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights Phase 2 (2023 – 2027).
