วันที่ 29 เมษายน 2566 เวลา 09.00 น. นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และประธานกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพสำหรับลูกจ้างประจำของส่วนราชการ เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2565 สมาคมลูกจ้างส่วนราชการแห่งประเทศไทย และการเสวนาเชิงวิชาการเรื่อง สิทธิประโยชน์อันพึงมีพึงได้ “ค่ารักษาพยาบาล” หลังเกษียณอายุราชการของลูกจ้างผู้รับบำเหน็จรายเดือน ณ หอประชุมคุรุสภา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เขดดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกล่าวว่า วันนี้สมาคมลูกจ้างส่วนราชการแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2565 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแจ้งให้สมาชิกสมาคมฯ ได้ทราบผลการดำเนินงานของสมาคมฯ ในรอบปี 2565 พร้อมทั้งเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการฯ ชุดใหม่ ตามข้อบังคับสมาคมฯ รวมถึงการเสวนาเชิงวิชาการเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์อันพึงมีพึ่งได้ ในหัวข้อ “ค่ารักษาพยาบาล” หลังเกษียณอายุราชการของลูกจ้างผู้รับบำเหน็จรายเดือน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญและเป็นประโยชน์กับสมาชิกอย่างยิ่งและขอเป็นกำลังหนุนให้การดำเนินการประสบผลสำเร็จ ดังนั้นถือเป็นโอกาสดีที่สมาชิกจะได้รับทราบผลการดำเนินงานของสมาคมฯ และสิทธิประโยชฯต่างๆ และจะได้รับทราบแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนการเรียกร้อง “ค่ารักษาพยาบาล” ให้ประสบความสำเร็จต่อไป
บัดนี้ใด้เวลาอันสมควรแล้ว ผมขอเปิดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2565 และการเสวนาเชิงวิชาการเรื่อง สิทธิประโยชน์อันพึงมีพึงได้ “ค่ารักษาพยาบาล” หลังเกษียณอายุราชการของลูกจ้างผู้รับบำเหน็จรายเดือน และขอให้การจัดงานในวันนี้ประสบผลสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกประการ รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวในท้ายที่สุด
On April 29, 2023, at 09.00 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour and Chairman of the Government Provident Fund Committee, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksa, presided over the opening of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Government Employees Association of Thailand and the academic forum on decent benefits and “medical expenses” after the retirement of employees receiving monthly gratuities. The occasion took place at the Teachers Council of Thailand Auditorium, Ministry of Education, Dusit, Bangkok. He said that today, the Government Employees Association of Thailand organized the 2022 Annual General Meeting to inform members of the association about its performance in 2022, along with the election of a new board of directors following the association’s regulations. It also included an academic discussion on dependent benefits on the topic of “medical expenses” after the retirement of employees receiving monthly pensions. It is an important matter and extremely beneficial to members, in which he would like to support the operation to be successful. Therefore, this is a good opportunity for members to be informed of the association’s performance and various privileges, as participants will also learn how to drive “medical expense” claims to be successful.
“Now is the right time. I would like to open the 2022 Annual General Meeting and an academic discussion on decent benefits on “medical expenses” after the retirement of employees who receive a monthly pension and wish that today’s event be successful in all its objectives,” concluded the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour.
