วันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานเปิดงานปฐมนิเทศโครงการ “การพัฒนาสุขสภาพขององค์กรเพื่อการสร้างชาติ” (Wellness CNB) รุ่น 3 โดยมี ศ.ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ เจริญวงศ์ศักดิ์ ประธานสถาบันการสร้างชาติ ผศ.นพ.พันธ์ศักดิ์ ศุกระฤกษ์ ประธานอำนวยการหลักสูตร นสช.Wellness ดร.อมรศักดิ์ กิจธนานันท์ ประธานจัดการหลักสูตร นสช.Wellness ณ กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข คณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรผู้นำการประกอบการ Wellness เพื่อการสร้างชาติ (นสช. Wellness) รุ่นที่ 3 ร่วมกับสถาบันการสร้างชาติ (Nation-Building Institute – NBI) ได้ริเริ่มโครงการ “การพัฒนาสุขสภาพขององค์กรเพื่อการสร้างชาติ (Wellness Corporate Nation-Building หรือ Wellness CNB)” รุ่นที่ 3 ซึ่งเป็นโครงการแรกของประเทศไทยที่มุ่งสนับสนุนและพัฒนาสุขสภาพ (Wellness) ของบุคลากรและระบบการบริหารจัดการภายในองค์กรให้ส่งเสริมการเกิดสุขสภาพอย่างเป็นองค์รวม โดยบูรณาการทั้งปัจจัยภายในบุคคลและปัจจัยภายนอกตัวพนักงานอย่างครบมิติ ซึ่งจะช่วยลดการเจ็บป่วย ลดการลาออก ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลในการทำงาน เกิดความคิดทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน เสริมสร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีในที่ทำงาน ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มผลิตภาพในการทำงาน สร้างคุณประโยชน์ทั้งต่อองค์กรให้เดิบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ยั่งยืน และเป็นภาคีการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม ของประเทศต่อไป
นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวว่า ผมขอชื่นชมสถาบันการสร้างชาติ และคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรผู้นำการประกอบการ Wellness เพื่อการสร้างชาติ รุ่นที่ 3 ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างคน ให้เป็นคนดี มีคุณภาพ มีอุดมการณ์ เพื่อทำหน้าที่ในการสร้างชาติ และเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Agent) ในการขับเคลื่อนและสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคม โครงการนี้จะมีส่วนสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการสร้าง Wellness หรือการมี “สุขสภาพ” ให้เกิดขึ้นในกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงาน และสนับสนุนการสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีให้กับผู้ใช้แรงงาน อันจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งสำหรับทุกองค์กรที่เข้าร่วมในการพัฒนามาตรฐานการดูแลคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ใช้แรงงานทุกคนต่อไป
ผมเชื่อมั่นว่าท่านผู้บริหารสถาบันการสร้างชาติ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ทรงความรู้จะร่วมกับคณะนักศึกษาและผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ ช่วยกันขับเคลื่อนให้โครงการประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวท้ายสุด
On May 23, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour,
Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, to preside over the opening ceremony of the “Wellness CNB” Project, Class 3. President of the Nation Building Institute, Prof. Dr. Kriengsak Charoenwongsak, President of the Wellness CNB Program Administration, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pansak Sukrarerk, and President of the Wellness CNB Program Management, Dr. Amornsak Kitthananun, joined the occasion at the Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health. Students from the NSO Wellness Leadership Program, Class 3, joined the Nation-Building Institute (NBI) to initiate the Wellness Corporate Nation-Building or Wellness CNB, Class 3. This is the first project in Thailand that aims to support and develop the wellness of personnel and management systems within the organization to promote holistic wellness. It aims to integrate both internal and external factors of employees comprehensively to reduce sickness and turnover and increase efficiency and productivity in work. It aims to promote a good attitude towards work, strengthening good relationships in the workplace. This will increase work productivity, creating benefits for both the organization to grow continuously and sustainably and be a partner in the country’s economic and social development.
Mr. Wannarat commended the Nation-Building Institute and students from the NSO Wellness Leadership Program, Class 3, which focuses on building people with the necessary qualities and ideologies to perform their duties in building the nation., and be change agents to drive and create change in society. This project will play a very important role in creating wellness or having “well-being” among the workforce and supporting workers’ good quality of life. This will greatly benefit all organizations participating in the development of standard care for the quality of life of all workers in the future.
“I am confident that the knowledgeable executives of the Nation Building Institute will join students and project participants to help drive the project to achieve its goals and objectives set out,” concluded Mr. Wannarat.
