วันที่ 25 เมษายน 2566 เวลา 08.00 น. นายประทีป ทรงลำยอง รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการพัฒนาข้าราชการบรรจุใหม่ของกระทรวงแรงงาน รุ่นที่ 32 พร้อมบรรยายหัวข้อ “บทบาทและภารกิจของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การรับราชการ” ผ่านระบบ Zoom Meeting ณ ห้องประชุมกองบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล ชั้น 10 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยรองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงานได้กล่าวเปิดการอบรมว่า การเริ่มต้นของชีวิตการเป็นข้าราชการ ทุกคนต้องตั้งปณิธานที่แน่วแน่ในการเป็นข้าราชการที่ดี โดยน้อมนำพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จ พระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และพระบาทสมเด็จพระชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เพื่อ “สืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอด สร้างความสุขสู่ประชาชน” มาเป็นแนวทางในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบในบทบาทหน้าที่ มีระเบียบวินัย มุ่งมั่นตั้งใจในการปฏิบัติราชการตามกฎระเบียบของทางราชการ อย่างเคร่งครัด และไม่ประพฤติมิชอบทุจริตคอรัปชั่น และเพื่อผลักดันนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติโดยใช้กลไกประชารัฐเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของประชาชน ต้องคิดวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา และทำงานร่วมกันอย่างบูรณาการ อีกทั้งต้องพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปฏิบัติราชการ ใฝ่เรียน ใฝ่รู้ ติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวด้านแรงงาน และกระแสความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ ในสังคมโลก นอกจากนี้ สิ่งที่จำเป็นอีกอย่างหนึ่งที่จะต้องเข้าใจ คือ เรื่องการทำงานเป็นทีม ซึ่งการทำงานเป็นทีมนั้นมิได้หมายความเพียงแค่การรักใคร่กลมเกลียวกันแต่เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่หมายความถึงการส่งต่องานที่เราต้องรับผิดชอบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และขอให้ทุกท่านตระหนักในหน้าที่ของตัวเอง และตั้งใจปฏิบัติงาน
ผมหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าข้าราชการใหม่ทุกคนจะได้รับประโยชน์จากการฝึกอบรมและเก็บเกี่ยวเอาความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมในครั้งนี้ให้มากที่สุด เพื่อพัฒนาการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพราะข้าราชการใหม่ทุกคนจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญ เป็นทรัพยากรบุคคลที่มีศักยภาพพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามภารกิจได้อย่างเต็มภาคภูมิ และเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการผลักดันภารกิจของกระทรวงแรงงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของกระทรวงแรงงาน เพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศไปสู่ความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง และยั่งยืน นายประทีปฯ กล่าวในท้ายที่สุด
On April 25, 2023, at 08.00 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Prateep Songlamyong, presided over the opening ceremony of the Ministry of Labour’s New Civil Servant Development Training Program, Class 32, with a lecture on “The Roles and Missions of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour and Transferring Experience in Government Services.” The training took place via Zoom Meetings at the Human Resource Management Division meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour commenced the training, saying that at the beginning of life as a civil servant, everyone must be determined to be a good civil servant. He referenced the royal words of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, King Rama IX, to “continue, maintain, add value, and create happiness for the people” as a guideline for work. Civil servants must be responsible, disciplined, committed to performing duties following government regulations, and not misbehaving or becoming involved in corruption. Civil servants must drive policies into practice by using civil state mechanisms to benefit the people, analyze the root cause of problems, and work together in an integrated way. They must continually develop themselves to develop the skills and competencies necessary for performing official government work, learning, pursuing knowledge, and following labour movements and changes in the global society. In addition, it is necessary to understand teamwork. Working as a team does not mean harmony alone. It means handing over the work we are responsible for efficiently. He also asked everyone to be aware of their duties and have determination in their work.
“I sincerely hope that all new civil servants will benefit from the training and reap the knowledge gained from this training to develop work efficiency. Every new civil servant is an important force and a resource with the potential to carry out duties following the mission with full pride. They are an important force in pushing the Ministry of Labour’s missions to achieve the goals according to the Ministry’s strategic plan for the country’s development towards stability, prosperity, and sustainability,” Mr. Prateep said.
