วันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2566 เวลา 10.30 น. นางโสภา เกียรตินิรชา หัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงงานจังหวัดลพบุรี ตรวจติดตามโครงการ การดำเนินการตรวจคัดกรองเบื้องต้นการบังคับใช้แรงงานหรือบริการ และการค้ามนุษย์ด้านแรงงานในแรงงานต่างด้าวตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานการตรวจคัดกรอง (SOP) ให้เป็นไปตามกลไกการส่งต่อระดับชาติ และติดตามความก้าวหน้าผลการปฏิบัติงานตามประเด็นการตรวจราชการของหัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2566 รอบที่ 2 โดยมี นางวันทนา ณัฐพูลวัฒน์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกรม สำนักงานประกันสังคม นางภัทรานิษฐ์ เขียวรอด แรงงานจังหวัดลพบุรี และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดลพบุรี เข้าร่วมการประชุม ทั้งนี้ หัวหน้าผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดส่งข้อมูลการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวกับแรงงานต่างด้าวเพื่อจะได้ดำเนินการต่อไป ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 1 อาคารฝึกอบรม สำนักงานพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานลพบุรี
ทั้งนี้ สถานการณ์ด้านแรงงานต่างด้าวของจังหวัดลพบุรี ปัจจุบันมีคนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตทำงานตาม พ.ร.ก.การบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวฯ เป็นแรงงานต่างด้าว 3 สัญชาติ (ข้อมูล ณ เดือนธันวาคม 2565) จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 14,173 คน ประกอบด้วย กัมพูชา 4,120 คน ลาว 1,001 คน และเมียนมา 9,052 คน

On March 21, 2023, at 10.30 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Chief Inspector-General, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, and the Ministry of Labour’s Chief Inspector-General, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, chaired the meeting of heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Lopburi Province to listen to issues and obstacles in implementing the preliminary screening of forced labour or services and labour trafficking in foreign workers, following the Screening Operational Procedure (SOP), according to the national referral mechanism. She also followed up for the second round on the performance progress according to the Ministry of Labour Inspector-General’s issues for the 2023 fiscal year. The Social Security Office’s Inspector-General, Ms. Wantana Natthapulawat, Lopburi Provincial Labour Officer, Mrs. Pattranit Kheawrod, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Lopburi Province attended the meeting. She requested subordinate agencies to submit information on operations related to foreign workers for it to continue. The occasion took place at the meeting room on the 1st floor of the Training Building, Lopburi Skill Development Office.
Lopburi Province has 14,173 foreigners who are allowed to work according to The Royal Decree on the Management of Foreign Workers’ Work. They are foreign workers of 3 nationalities (data as of December 2022), consisting of 4,120 Cambodian, 1,001 Laotians, and 9,052 Myanmar nationals.
