วันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2566 นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงานและโฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน “IT Tastes Good อร่อยปักหมุด สตรีทฟู้ดไทย จังหวัดนนทบุรี” ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู้ด (Street Food) กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมี นางระวีพรรณ แก้วเพียงเพ็ญ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนนทบุรี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดนนทบุรี ผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน ผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ด และประชาชนที่มาร่วมงาน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ นายวิชิตร สุวรรณมาก แรงงานจังหวัดนนทบุรี กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน ณ โรบินสันไลฟ์สไตล์ ศรีสมาน ถนนศรีสมาน อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี
นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวว่า ตามที่กระทรวงแรงงาน ได้จัดทำโครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู้ด (Street Food) กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมีกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย การเปิดตัวโครงการ การจัดฝึกอบรมผู้สนใจประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดรายใหม่ และผู้ประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดรายเดิม จำนวนกว่า 30,000 ราย รวมทั้ง การจัดกิจกรรมแสดงร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ดในวันนี้ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ด สร้างรายได้ และกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในชุมชน เป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์อาหารในท้องถิ่นและร้านอาหารต่างๆ ให้เป็นที่รู้จักของนักท่องเที่ยวและประชาชนทั่วไป อีกทั้งยังเป็นการยกระดับผู้ประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดของจังหวัด ให้มีโอกาสนำเสนอรูปแบบการขายใหม่ เช่น รูปแบบฟู้ดทรัค (Food Truck) ซึ่งถือเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ต้องการเริ่มต้นธุรกิจสตรีทฟู้ดในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ
นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวต่อว่า การจัดกิจกรรมแสดงร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ด จัดขึ้นพร้อมกันทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 5 ภาค ได้แก่ ภาคกลางที่ศูนย์การค้าโรบินสันไลฟ์สไตล์ ศรีสมาน จ.นนทบุรี ภาคตะวันออกที่ตลาดรันเวย์ พัทยา จ.ชลบุรี ภาคเหนือที่ศูนย์การค้าบิ๊กซี เชียงใหม่ 1 ดอนจั่น ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ที่ลานร้อยพันธุ์บัว หน้าห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลอุบลราชธานี และภาคใต้ที่ลานอีเวนท์ข้างโรงเรียนวิริยะเธียร เหอะอ้าย สแควร์ หาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา ในส่วนของจังหวัดนนทบุรี จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 7 – 9 กรกฎาคม 2566 ณ ศูนย์การค้าโรบินสันไลฟ์สไตล์ ศรีสมาน โดยกิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วย การจําหน่ายอาหารจากผู้ประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดชื่อดังในจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวนกว่า 60 ร้านค้า การจัดกิจกรรมสาธิตการประกอบอาหาร การแสดงบนเวที กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เล่นเกมมอบของรางวัล และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ซึ่งเกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้สนใจจะประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ด ตลอดจนประชาชนชาวจังหวัดนนทบุรีเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งจะช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจฐานราก เกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชน ที่ผันตัวเองมาสู่เส้นทางการประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ด สามารถสร้างงาน สร้างรายได้ สร้างอาชีพ มีรายได้ที่มั่นคง และมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
“กระทรวงแรงงาน ขอขอบคุณจังหวัดนนทบุรีที่ให้ความสำคัญกับโครงการพัฒนาส่งเสริมอาชีพผู้ประกอบการร้านสตรีทฟู้ด (Street Food) โดยคัดเลือกร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ดที่มีชื่อเสียงของจังหวัด มาร่วมกิจกรรมแสดงร้านค้าสตรีทฟู้ดในครั้งนี้ และขอเชิญชวนผู้ที่ประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดอยู่เดิม ประชาชนผู้สนใจที่จะประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ด ตลอดจนพี่น้องประชาชนชาวนนทบุรีและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง มาเที่ยวชมงาน “It Tastes Good อร่อยปักหมุด สตรีทฟู้ดไทย จังหวัดนนทบุรี” ซึ่งนอกจากจะได้รับทั้งความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกอบอาชีพสตรีทฟู้ดแล้วยังได้เลือกชิมเลือกซื้ออาหารสตรีทฟู้ดที่มีคุณภาพของจังหวัดนนทบุรีจากงานนี้ด้วย” นายวรรณรัตน์ กล่าวท้ายสุด
On July 7, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, presided over the opening speech of the “It Tastes Good: Pinning Tasty Thai Street Food in Nonthaburi” event, under the Ministry of Labour’s career development program for street food business operators. The Deputy Governor of Nonthaburi Province, Mrs. Rawepan Kaewpeangpen, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Nonthaburi Province, the Ministry of Labour’s executives, street food shop operators, and the people who attended the event gave a welcome. Nonthaburi Provincial Labour Officer, Mr. Wichit Suwanmak, reported the event’s objectives. The occasion took place at Robinson Lifestyle Srisamarn, Srisamarn Road, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.
Mr. Wannarat said that the Ministry of Labour had created a career development project for street food operators with activities consisting of a project launch and training for 30,000 new and existing street food professionals, including activities to showcase street food stores. Today, as a part of the project, the objective is to create opportunities for street food careers, generate income and stimulate the community economy. It promotes local food and restaurants to be known to tourists and the general public. It also raises the level of street food professionals in the province to have the opportunity to introduce new business models, such as food trucks, which are considered an alternative for those who want to start a street food business in different forms.
Mr. Wannarat continued that the activities to showcase street food shops are held simultaneously in 5 regions across the country, including the Central region at Robinson Lifestyle Srisamarn, Nonthaburi Province, the Eastern region at Runway Market, Pattaya, Chonburi Province, the Northern region at Big C, Chiang Mai 1, Don Chan, the Northeastern region at Central Plaza, Ubon Ratchathani Province, and in the South at the event area next to the Wiriyathian School, Aoi Square, Hat Yai, Songkhla Province. The event in Nonthaburi will be scheduled from July 7-9, 2023, at Robinson Lifestyle Srisamarn.
The event will bring deliciousness from over 60 famous street food shops in Nonthaburi. There will be cooking demonstrations, stage performances, promotional activities, giveaways, and many other activities that will benefit those interested in making a street food career and the people of Nonthaburi. This will help stimulate the foundation economy, which is important to the people. It will allow people to pivot themselves into a career path as a new street food operator, creating jobs, and building careers, leading to a stable income and a better quality of life.

Famous street food stores in the province have been selected to join the event to showcase street food. In addition to gaining knowledge about street food occupations, attendees can also taste and buy quality street food from Nonthaburi Province,” concluded Mr. Wannarat.
