วันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นผู้แทนร่วมหารือและรับฟังผู้แทนเครือข่ายแรงงานเพื่อสิทธิประชาชน คนงานแอลฟ่า เอเอ็มซี และบอดี้แฟชั่น กรณีร้องเรียนขอให้คนงานได้รับเงินชดเชยตามกฎหมายแรงงาน โดยมี นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมรับฟังข้อร้องเรียน ณ บริเวณกระทรวงแรงงาน
On December 21, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, as a representative to discuss and listen to representatives of the Worker’s Network for People’s Rights, and employees from Alpha, AMC, and Body Fashion, who had filed complaints requesting workers to receive compensation according to labor law. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, joined in listening to the complaints at the Ministry of Labour’s area.
