วันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2566 นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายนันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน ต้อนรับและดูแลอำนวยความสะดวกแรงงานไทยที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความไม่สงบในอิสราเอลและแจ้งความประสงค์เดินทางกลับถึงประเทศไทย ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยมี ผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ ร่วมอำนวยความสะดวกและแนะนำสิทธิในการช่วยเหลือเยียวยา ณ บริเวณชั้น 2 ประตู 10 อาคารผู้โดยสารขาเข้าระหว่างประเทศ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ
นายนันทชัย กล่าวว่า ในส่วนของเจ้าหน้าที่จากกระทรวงแรงงานนั้น ได้มีการตั้งโต๊ะให้คำแนะนำการยื่นคำร้องขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือคนหางานไปทำงานต่างประเทศให้บริการคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการยื่นคำร้องขอรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือแรงงานไทยไปทำงานต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้แรงงานไทยได้รับเงินสิทธิประโยชน์ดังกล่าวโดยเร็วที่สุด โดยแรงงานไทยที่เดินทางกลับถึงสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ในช่วงค่ำวันนี้ เป็นเที่ยวบินตรงจากเทลอาวีฟสายการบิน LY 085 มีแรงงานจำนวน 235 คน ขณะที่ปัจจุบันเมื่อรวมเที่ยวบินนี้ พบว่า มีแรงงานกลับมาถึงไทยแล้ว 27 เที่ยวบิน ยอดรวมทั้งสิ้น 4,531 คน
“ท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และท่านปลัดกระทรวงแรงงานมีความห่วงใยแรงงานทุกคนจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว ขอให้แรงงานไทยรวมทั้งญาติของแรงงานไทยเชื่อมั่นว่า กระทรวงแรงงานจะสามารถพาทุกคนออกมาให้ได้เร็วและปลอดภัยที่สุด กระทรวงแรงงานให้ความสำคัญกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือแรงงานไทย และให้เป็นภารกิจที่เร่งด่วนที่ต้องติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิดและให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องนี้สูงสุด ”นายนันทชัย กล่าวท้ายสุด
On October 25, 2023, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, to welcome and support Thai workers affected by the unrest in Israel who had reported their intention to return to Thailand. The occasion took place at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province. Executives from the Ministry of Labour’s agencies and various government agencies also joined in supporting and advising the workers’ rights to benefits and remedies at the 2nd floor, Gate 10, International Arrivals Building, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province.
Mr. Nantachai said that the Ministry of Labour’s officials have set up a table to advise on the application for benefits from the fund to help job seekers working abroad. There are services to advise on applying for benefits from the fund to help Thai workers working abroad receive the benefits as soon as possible. This evening, Thai workers arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport on direct flights from Tel Aviv, on flight LY 085, with 235 workers. Including this flight, a total of 27 flights of workers have returned to Thailand, totaling 4,531 people.
“The Labour Minister and the Permanent Secretary of Labour are concerned about all workers affected by the situation. We ask that Thai workers and relatives be confident that the Ministry of Labour can get everyone out as quickly and safely as possible. The Ministry of Labour places importance on assisting Thai workers. It is an urgent mission that must be closely followed and given the utmost importance,” said Mr. Nantachai.
