วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2567 เวลา 08.00 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ เรือเอก สาโรจน์ คมคาย รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นเกียรติพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกแก้วกัลยาถวายหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์ สมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟ้ากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ โดยมี ร้อยตำรวจโท ดร. มนัส โนนุช ประธานสภาสังคมสงเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ เป็นประธานในพิธี ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 3 ตึกนวมหาราช สภาสังคมสงเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย
สำหรับงานพิธีวางพานพุ่มดอกแก้วกัลยา จัดขึ้นโดยสภาสังคมสงเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย เนื่องด้วยวันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2567 เป็นวันคล้ายวันประสูติสมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟ้ากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ เพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระกรุณาธิคุณของสมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟ้ากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ โดยมีกิจกรรมพิธีบำเพ็ญกุศล วางพานพุ่ม และพิธีมอบทุนการศึกษาให้คนพิการ บุตรคนพิการ และทุนประกอบอาชีพให้คนพิการ
On May 6, 2024, at 08.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotikasathien, assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Lieutenant Saroj Komkhai, participated in the ceremony laying Kaew Kanlaya flowers in front of the royal portrait to honour Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. Chairman of the Miracle of Life Foundation, Police Lieutenant Dr. Manat Nonuch, presided over the ceremony at the conference room on the third floor of Nawa Maharaj Building, the Council on Social Welfare of Thailand.
The ceremony of laying the Kaew Kanlaya flowers was organized by the Council on Social Welfare of Thailand in remembrance of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, as May 6, 2024, is the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. There will be a merit-making ceremony, laying flowers, and a ceremony to award scholarships to people with disabilities, children of people with disabilities, and career scholarships for people with disabilities.
