นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวงแรงงานไต้หวันจัดประกวดแรงงานดีเด่นแห่งไต้หวันเป็นประจำทุกปี เนื่องในวันแรงงานสากล (1 พฤษภาคม) โดยมอบรางวัลแรงงานดีเด่นให้กับแรงงาน 2 กลุ่มสำคัญ คือ แรงงานท้องถิ่น และแรงงานต่างชาติ โดยแบ่งรางวัลเป็น 2 สาขา ประกอบด้วย ภาคการผลิต และภาคสวัสดิการสังคม ซึ่งในปีนี้แรงงานไทย 2 ราย ได้แก่ นายวรพจน์ บุญเหลี่ยม อายุ 44 ปี จากจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด และนายธีรสิทธิ์ กิบุญมา อายุ 62 ปี จากจังหวัดลำปาง สามารถคว้ารางวัลสาขาแรงงานต่างชาติ ในภาคการผลิต มาได้จากความขยัน มีน้ำใจ และการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมจนชนะใจนายจ้าง กองแรงงานท้องที่ สหภาพแรงงาน สมาคมผู้ประกอบการ องค์กร NGO และคณะกรรมการที่ประกอบด้วยนักวิชาการและตัวแทนกระทรวงแรงงานไต้หวัน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่ายินดีและน่าภาคภูมิใจอย่างมาก โดยพิธีมอบโล่เกียรติคุณแรงงานดีเด่นแห่งไต้หวันจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 29 เมษายน 2567 ที่โรงแรม GRAND HILAI TAIPEI เขตหนานกั่ง ไทเป ผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตร โล่เกียรติคุณ และเงินรางวัล โดยวันที่ 30 เมษายนนี้ จะได้รับเกียรติให้เข้าพบประธานาธิบดีไช่อิงเหวินแห่งไต้หวันด้วย สำหรับปีนี้มีแรงงานต่างชาติได้รับรางวัลทั้งสิ้น 10 คน ภาคการผลิต ได้แก่ แรงงานสัญชาติไทย 2 คน เวียดนาม 2 คน ฟิลิปปินส์ 1 คน อินโดนีเซีย 1 คน และภาคสวัสดิการสังคม สัญชาติอินโดนีเซีย 2 คน เวียดนาม 1 คน และฟิลิปปินส์ 1 คน
“ไต้หวันเป็นดินแดนที่คนไทยเดินทางไปทำงานมากที่สุดเพราะเป็นที่ต้องการของนายจ้าง ล่าสุดกระทรวงแรงงานจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมแรงงานไทยไปทำงานต่างประเทศ และได้ประกาศรายชื่อคนไทย 50 คนที่จะไปทำงานไต้หวัน โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าบริการจัดหางานและค่าตั๋วเครื่องบิน มูลค่ารายละกว่า 4 หมื่นบาท โดยทั้งหมดจะได้เดินทางภายใน1 – 3 เดือนนี้ ซึ่งต้องขอบคุณแรงงานรุ่นพี่ที่สร้างชื่อเสียงและภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อสายตานายจ้างในไต้หวันไว้มากมาย ความเชื่อมั่นนี้ทำให้แรงงานไทยรุ่นต่อๆไปได้รับโอกาสและเกิดการจ้างงานเพิ่มขึ้น” รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าว
ด้านนายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า สำหรับแรงงานดีเด่นรายแรก นายวรพจน์ บุญเหลี่ยม อายุ 44 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ที่จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด เดินทางมาทำงานที่ไต้หวันผ่านบริษัทจัดหางาน ไทยซินแทค แทรเวิล เซอร์วิส จำกัด อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย เพื่อทำงานกับนายจ้างบริษัท FORTUNE ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. ในตำแหน่ง คนงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าขนาดใหญ่ และเคยได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นแรงงานต่างชาติดีเด่นนครเถาหยวนประจำ 2566 มาแล้วครั้งหนึ่ง โดยคณะกรรมการตัดสินที่ให้คะแนนกล่าวแนะนำนายวรพจน์ว่า เป็นผู้มีความขยันตั้งใจทำงาน มีน้ำใจต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน มีความเชี่ยวชาญในงานที่ทำ นอกจากทำหน้าที่เป็นช่างประกอบแล้ว นายจ้างยังมอบหมายให้เป็นพ่อบ้านดูแลหอพักแรงงานไทย ช่วยเหลือนายจ้างบริหารจัดการหอพัก ช่วยซ่อมแซมระบบประปาและไฟฟ้า ตลอดจนช่วยปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อม โดยใช้ฝีมือด้านงานไม้นำไม้พาเลทเหลือใช้มาทำเป็นตู้เก็บรองเท้าและตู้ไม้ด้วย นอกจากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพแล้ว ยังเข้ากันได้ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน คอยแนะนำและสอนงานให้แก่พนักงานใหม่ พร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือเพื่อนร่วมงานจนงานสำเร็จลุล่วงด้วยดี ได้รับการยอมรับจากบริษัทว่าเป็นผู้มีความสามารถในการทำงานและสามารถปฏิบัติภารกิจที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ดีเยี่ยมจนได้รับการยกระดับเป็นแรงงานกึ่งฝีมือไปเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ในส่วนแรงงานดีเด่นรายที่ 2 นายธีรสิทธิ์ กิบุญมา อายุ 62 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ที่จังหวัดลำปาง เดินทางมาทำงานที่ไต้หวันผ่านบริษัทจัดหางาน วีแอล สยาม ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย เพื่อทำงานกับนายจ้างบริษัท QUALTOP CO., LTD. ในตำแหน่ง ผลิตอาหารสำเร็จรูป แช่แข็ง โดยคณะกรรมการตัดสินที่ให้คะแนนกล่าวแนะนำนายธีรสิทธิ์ว่า เป็นผู้ที่ทำงานด้วยความตั้งใจ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง รักเพื่อนพ้อง ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้คุมคลังสินค้าแช่แข็งของโรงงานได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม เคยได้รับรางวัลพนักงานดีเด่นของโรงงานติดต่อกันหลายปี เป็นผู้ใฝ่รู้เทคนิคและขั้นตอนการทำงาน ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แล้วเสร็จภายในเวลากำหนดทุกครั้ง ด้วยอุปนิสัยรอบคอบทำให้เขาจดจำขั้นตอนการทำงานได้อย่างแม่นยำ มีไหวพริบคล่องแคล่วว่องไว หากพบความผิดปกติก็จะรีบแจ้งปัญหาทันที ช่วยลดความเสียหายของโรงงานได้มาก นอกจากนี้ยังทำหน้าที่ดูแลหอพักแรงงานไทย ให้คำแนะนำช่วยเหลือเพื่อนแรงงานชาติเดียวกันให้ปรับตัวเข้ากับสังคมไต้หวัน ทั้งด้านชีวิตความเป็นอยู่และการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งยังทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางสื่อสารและเชื่อมสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนายจ้างและแรงงานไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, reported that the Ministry of Labour in Taiwan organizes the Taiwan Outstanding Workers Competition every year on International Labour Day (May 1). It awards outstanding workers in two worker groups: local and foreign workers. The award is divided into two sectors: the manufacturing and social welfare sectors. This year, two Thai workers won awards in the foreign worker category for the manufacturing sector, including Mr. Worapot Bunliam, aged 44, from Roi Et Province, and Mr. Teerasit Kibunma, aged 62, from Lampang Province. Their diligence, kindness, and excellent work performance won the hearts of employers, local labour divisions, trade unions, business associations, NGOs, and committees, comprising academics and representatives of the Taiwan Ministry of Labour. This is a matter of great pride and pleasure. The award ceremony for Taiwan’s outstanding workers will be held on April 29, 2024, at the Grand Hilai Taipei Hotel, Nangang District, Taipei. Selectees will receive a certificate, a plaque of honour and prize money. On April 30, they will have the honour of meeting President Tsai Ing-wen of Taiwan. This year, a total of 10 foreign workers received awards in the manufacturing sector, including 2 Thai workers, 2 Vietnamese, 1 Filipino, 1 Indonesian. In the social welfare sector, awardees included 2 Indonesian nationals, 1 Vietnamese, and 1 Filipino.
“Taiwan is the land where Thai people travel to work the most because employers prefer them. Recently, the Ministry of Labour organized an activity to encourage Thai workers to work abroad and announced the names of 50 Thai people who will go to work in Taiwan. The workers will not have to pay for recruitment services and airline tickets, which are worth over 40,000 Baht per person. All of the workers will travel within 1 to 3 months. I am thankful for the senior workers who have built a good reputation and image in the eyes of many employers in Taiwan. This confidence means that the next generation of Thai workers will have more opportunities for employment,” said the Labour Minister.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, said that for the first outstanding worker awardee, Mr. Worapot Bunliam, aged 44, from Roi Et Province, traveled to work in Taiwan legally through the Thai Syntac Travel Service Co., Ltd. employment agency. He works for Fortune Electric Co., Ltd. as an industrial worker producing large electrical transformers. He was selected as an outstanding foreign worker in Taoyuan City in 2023 once before. The judging committee that gave him the score said that Mr. Worapot is a diligent person at work. He is kind to his co-workers and has expertise in the work that he performs. In addition to being an assembler, his employer assigned him as a supervisor to take care of the Thai workers’ dormitory. He helps the employer manage the dormitories, helps with repairs, plumbing, and electrical systems, and helps to improve the environment with his woodworking skills, using leftover pallet wood to make shoe cabinets and wooden cabinets. In addition to having a professional license, he gets along well with his co-workers. He provides advice and lessons to new employees and assists co-workers until the work is complete. The company has recognized him as having the ability to work and perform assigned missions and upgraded to a semi-skilled worker level.
The second outstanding worker awardee, Mr. Teerasit Kibunma, aged 62, from Lampang Province, traveled to work in Taiwan legally through the VL Siam Development Co., Ltd. employment agency. He works with Qualtop Co., Ltd., producing ready-to-eat frozen food. The judging committee that gave him the score said that Mr. Teerasit is a person who works with intention. He has a lot of responsibility and loves his friends. He performs an excellent job as supervisor of the factory’s frozen warehouse and has received the factory’s Outstanding Employee award for many consecutive years. He is eager to learn techniques and working procedures. He always completes his duties within the specified deadlines. Due to his careful nature, he memorizes the work steps precisely. He is quick-witted and agile. If any abnormalities are found, he immediately reports the problem, greatly reducing factory damages. He also takes care of the Thai worker dormitory, giving advice and helping fellow workers of the same nationality to adapt to Taiwanese society, both in terms of living and working efficiently. He also acts as a medium of communication and connection between the employer and Thai workers very well.
