On March 17, 2021, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol, chaired the meeting for the internal and external environment context analysis (SWOT) to analyze strategic positioning and draft a Labour Action Plan (2023 – 2027). The meeting took place at The Emerald Hotel, Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok. The meeting was organized to outline the Labour Action Plan (2023–2027) following the plan at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, International Labour Standards, and changing labour contexts, to reflect the conceptual framework and direction of proactive labour work, ready to support labour problems and the development of the country in the future.
