วันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2567 เวลา 10.30 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ นายอิม แจกึม กรรมาธิการสิ่งแวดล้อมและแรงงาน รัฐสภาแห่งสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี และนายชิน ซึงกิล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักบริการพัฒนาบุคลากรแห่งเกาหลี สำนักงานใหญ่ และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อเยี่ยมคารวะและหารือเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงแรงงานกับสำนักบริการพัฒนาบุคลากรแห่งเกาหลี (HRD Korea) ในการจัดส่งแรงงานไทย ทั้งการจ้างแรงงานไร้ฝีมือ วีซ่า E-9 ตามระบบอนุญาตจ้างแรงงานต่างชาติ (EPS) แรงงานทักษะฝีมือในตำแหน่งช่างเชื่อม วีซ่า E-7 และแรงงานต่างชาติตามฤดูกาล วีซ่า E-8 ซึ่งเป็นการจ้างแรงงานต่างชาติในภาคเกษตรกรรมและการประมงระยะสั้นตามฤดูกาล เข้าไปทำงานในสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายเดชา พฤกษ์พัฒนรักษ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายสิบหมื่นชัย โพธิสินธุ์ รองอธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน และเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุมตรีเทพ 1 ชั้น 12 กรมการจัดหางาน อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
On March 28, 2024, at 10.30 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, to welcome the Commissioner of the Environment and Labour, the Parliament of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Im Jae-geum, and the Director of the Korea Human Resource Development Service, Head Office, Mr. Shin Seung-gil, and delegation, on the occasion of a courtesy call and to discuss the cooperation between the Ministry of Labour and the Korea Human Resources Development Service (HRD Korea) in sending Thai workers to work in South Korea. They discussed hiring unskilled workers on E-9 visas according to the Foreign Worker Permit System (EPS), skilled workers in the position of welders, E-7 visas, seasonal foreign workers, E-8 visas, which are hiring foreign workers in the agricultural sector, and seasonal short-term fishing. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Decha Phruekpattanarak, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Department of Employment’s Deputy Director-General, Mr. Sibmuenchai Phothisin, and officials from relevant agencies attended at Trithep Meeting Room 1, 12th Floor, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour.
