Labour Minister Assigns Permanent Secretary to Join Deputy PM Delegation to Give Encouragement to Labour Volunteers and Deliver Floating Restrooms to Flood Victims in Khon Kaen

          On October 14, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong to visit and inspect government operations in Khon Kaen Province. Deputy Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan led the delegation, which listened to a report on the water situation in the area by Governor of Khon Kaen Province Mr. Somsak Changtrakul and relevant departments. The first point was the Khon Kaen City Hall meeting room, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang District. Labour Minister Assigns Pol. Maj. Gen. Nantachat to Monitor and Deliver Survival Bags in Uthai Thani

         On October 12, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office performing duties for the Ministry of Labour Police Major General Nantachat Supamongkol to visit the area to monitor the water situation and deliver 200 survival bags to workers and villagers affected by the floods. Governor of Uthai Thani Province Mr. Kajonkiat Rakpanichmanee was the recipient. Agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Uthai Thani Province also participated in the “Ministry of Labour meets the people” activities to alleviate suffering, maintain happiness, and provide labour services to the people.           On October 6, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin reported the progress of the government’s remedial payments to workers and businesses in the 29 dark red provinces, namely Bangkok, Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Songkhla, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Samut Songkhram, Suphan Buri, Phetchaburi, Rayong, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ratchaburi. MOL Organizes Activities for Thai National Flag Day In remembrance of His Majesty King Rama VI Establishment of the Tricolor Flag as the Thai Flag

          On September 28, 2021, at 08.00 hours, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin presided over the activities on the occasion of the Thai National Flag Day 2021. Tha Yang Market Vendors in Phetchaburi Delighted for PM and Labour Minister’s Visit

          On September 22, 2021, Prime Minister and Minister of Defence General Prayuth Chan-ocha visited the area to meet and visit groups of informal and self-employed workers in the Tha Yang Municipal Market Area in Phetchaburi Province. The workers had applied as insured persons under Section 40. MOL Commences Training Under Workshop Project to Clarify and Educate Workers on Receiving Complaints from Thai Workers Working Abroad

          On September 21, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Pattraporn Samantarat, to preside over the commencement of the training under the workshop project to clarify and educate participants on handling complaints from Thai workers on working abroad effectively, for the 2021 fiscal year. The training took place online at the Conference Room of the International Cooperation Bureau, 12th floor, Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
