On August 27, 2021, at 16.15 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew presided over the opening ceremony of the Design Thinking training program for driving organizations with innovation. The occasion occurred at the Human Resources Management Division’s meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour. The training was a 2-day course with the trainees being civil servants at the operational level, proficiency level, and special skill level under the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour, totaling 40 people. Thailand has been affected by employment in tourism and service businesses. Still, the manufacturing and export sectors, especially in the automotive, electronic circuit board, medical equipment, and frozen food industries, have a great demand for workers.
